Extremely satisfied with every aspect of purchase

Exactly what one would hope for! We found an inviting and professional atmosphere and with Bill Favini's obvious expertise, we knew we were in good hands. Have never had a car purchase experience go as smoothly. Will never go anywhere else for our cars. Love my red GLK.

I would have paid more!

The most professional car buying experience ever. I worked for five years in F&I and would consider myself familiar with the car buying process. There was no haggling and the sales rep Fabian wanted our business. We could have done without the cheese Danish they gave our six year old, which hyped him. As the saying goes, we'll be buying another Mercedes from them.

Excellent Experience!

I would recommend all your car purchases at RBM of Alpharetta! My salesman, Fabian, was on the ball, busy, and still made time for me. Great follow up skills and emailed me every couple days to keep my interest in the car there I wanted. The Showroom is gorgeous. Friendly staff there. The receptionist was always friendly. When it was time to close the deal, I was in and out in 2 hours. I've never had a more efficient closing on a car. Carol was excellent, very professional and she knows her business! All in all, I will definitely go back to buy my next car there. They filled it up with gas, and detailed it before I took it home. I left a dealership without feeling used and abused or needing an extra shower. That's a great car dealership experience! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! Beverly Breen

Carol Cook KOERNER - Marietta, Ga. new owner of an ML350

I went to RBM in Sandy Springs - was told someone would be with me shortly, I walked around outside for 35:min and no one came out to assist me. Left and drove up to RBM of Alpharetta; smartest move ever! I was greeted sincerely by Sales Rep. BILL FAVINI who was a wealth of information. His knowledge of his product was amazing and his "patience" very much appreciated. Returned a week later and met with Bill who's professionalism put us completely at ease. We ordered two vehicles; the wait was accurate and I truly love my ML350. My husband's R400Coupe will be here soon. RBM of Alpharetta will be a positive relationship for us, thanks to our salesman Bill Favini.

Personal Attention and Patience

Of course the majority of our experience was with our salesman Dan Berry, and I'll say the experience was truthfully an easy experience. We were torn between two makes of a car, and the difference was Dan and the service. We have had the Mercedes for about a month, and I look forward to buying my next car from this dealership. The financing was also as promised from beginning to end.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I experienced excellent customer service throughout my buying experience. I looked at the vehicle I wanted online, sent an email and the same day Bill Favini answered all my questions. My salesperson, (Bill Favini) was extremely professional and genuine. He went the extra mile to assure I had the exact vehicle I wanted and made my buying experience one of the bests. It was a pleasure working with him. I also recommend Lisa Brennan and Carol Duster in the Finance department, excellent ladies to work with! no pressure at any time and they were genuinely concerned about my experience and expectations!!! Also Diane Evans who introduced me to all the gadgets!!! Hands down best Mercedes dealer!!!

Always a good experience

I worked with David Wong on the purchase two vehicles in the past year or so. As a family we have bought 5 cars from RBM Alpharetta - every purchase experince has been great. I just also brought an E320 CDI in for service - the experience was excellent - the repairs were done correctly and Rob (I beleive he is the Manager) in the Service Dept was very fair and great to work with. My Dad had a 1967 MB 200D - our family has been loyal to MB since - great cars - nobody what anybody says, in this segment/car type - nothing drives like an MB! Thanks to the ENTIRE STAFF at RBM Alpharetta - I will buy again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - David Wang

I just bought a car from David two weeks ago. He is excellent to work with, he knows his product and is helpful (w/o the high pressue sales tactics you might experience in other dealers). We have bought 5 cars from this dealership and everytime has been a flawless experience.

Simply Awesome!

I live in Birmingham Alabama and saw a vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta that I was interested in online. I left a message of interest on their company website. I received a return call from Neil Turry promptly the next morning. After a little discussion and exchange of info I felt so comfortable with Neil that we agreed to a deal over the phone. Neil personally inspected the vehicle and assured me it was flawless. His attention to detail and professionalism set my mind at ease. Upon arrival at the dealership the GLK350 was just as Neil had promised and spotless. The dealership also provided a tank of gas and my first 2 services free of charge. I would recommend both Neil and RBM with my most sincere and highest recommendation. Lisa in the finance dept. and Pamela were equally impressive. Just a great overall experience.
