Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had.
I've purchased dozens of cars in my life and buying from Andy at RBM of Alpharetta was easily the best experience I've ever had. The negotiating was painless and the sell price was absolutely fair without the games that many dealers play. I highly recommend this dealership as all of the employees I dealt with were incredibly professional and helpful with the car buying process, thanks guys!

Pre-Owned BMW Convertible
I was extremely happy with the experience I had recently with RBM of Alpharetta. I traded in a 2008 Mercedes SLK hard-top convertible (great 2-seater convertible, by the way) for a pre-owned 2011 BMW 328i hard-top convertible. The only reason I traded in my Mercedes SLK was because I needed a 4-seater converible and I wanted a hard-top convertible (as opposed to a soft-top). My sales consultant, Bill Favini, was extremely helpful and worked with my husband and me to secure the deal. He took excellent care of us during and after the sale. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone out there who is considering buy a new or used vehicle from this dealership. I would also like to commend Lisa Brennan for walking us through the finance process and helping us decide on what other options were available to us to help us protect our investment. She did not use any high pressure tactics, which seems to be a pretty common practice at some of the dealers we have bought from in the past. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products she had to offer and after carefully considering all of the options available, we ended up buying an extended warranty. She was wonderful to work with and we appreciated her time to help us work out the financing that fit our budget. Thank you, Bill and Lisa, for making our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase a pleasant experience!

Excellent Service
My experience at RBM of Alpharetta was excellent. I purchased a 2015 CLA Mercedes Benz from Mr. Bill Favini. I called around to several Mercedes dealership looking for different options in my desired car. First, I spoke with Mr. Favini over the phone and he was throughly interested in what I wanted in a car. Once I arrived to the dealership, he showed me and my daughter hospitality. The customer service was beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend RBM of Alpharetta to family and friends.

A Welcome Change

Ramona was extremely organized and had all of the information ready when I came in. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the vehicle. She made the experience very positive and enjoyable. I began my relationship with RBM of Alpharetta about 10 years ago.....took my 2002 CL500 in for Service and met Dan Berry, who became my Service Advisor......subsequently purchased a 2008 R350 for my wife, and service continued to be exceptional.......fast forward to last month when my wife decided to trade in her R350 for a new CLA250, and low and behold, Dan is now in sales....he made us such a great deal on the CLA that I went back the next day and traded for a new C300 which I have fallen in love with......now I look forward to continuing my relationship with RBM of Alpharetta....my sales person is my former knowledgeable service advisor....how can I go wrong.....thank you Dan.....

Purchased my Mercedes last week at RBM Alpharetta. They had the best customer care out of any dealership I have ever visited. Ramona helped my husband and I find the perfect vehicle for us and even came in on her day off to meet with us.
