very nice experience

Neil Turry is a professional salesman. He is very nice and helped us to find the car we like with his thirty years experience. Very happy to do business with him.

new car purchase

I had a fantastic experience at the dealership. Ron contacted me regarding my internet request about an E350. We met and took it for a test drive. I liked the car, but later decided to look at the ML. When I explained this to Ron, he did not hesitate to send me a new proposal. Unlike other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, Ron did not try to hustle me or pester me all day with texts, emails, phone calls,, etc. I really appreciated this. I came back a few days later to test the car. Ron fully explained all of the features of the car to me. Again, unlike other salespeople is very knowledgeable of his product without using blatant over the top sales pitches. I felt like I was dealing with a consultant, not a salesman. Having bought many cars (I also purchase cars for my mother, father, and wife) through the years, I can truly say Ron is the best. I will do business with Ron again. Carol was also great. Fortunately for me she worked very efficiently and got me through the hard part (paying for the car) painlessly. She has a great sense of humor and was very pleasant to work with. Dianne gave me my product package and gave me a guided tour of my car. She did an excellent job explaining, in depth, all of the features of the car inside and out. Don also impressed me. When I noticed a "scrape" on the window, I showed it to Ron. After finding we could not wipe it off, he brought Don over to look at it. Without me even asking, Don told Ron that he would check to see if the damage would be covered under warranty. However, if it was not covered, he said the dealership would pay for a new window. That's impressive. Also, the service department was amazing. I have never seen anything like it. Clean! Overall, this purchase was a great experience. TC

Very smooth

Bob Favini couldn't have made the buying process any easier. I called to verify they still had the vehicle and drove in town the next day. When I arrived Bob had all of my paperwork prepared and ready for me to sign. He even stayed after business hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Very straight forward and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again Bob.

Great Dealership

The staff were extremely nice.They worked one on one with you and also met all needs when it came to purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They made you feel at home. RBM is not a dealership that constantly asking questions while you are looking for a car. Overall, the customer service was great and my experience was awesome.

Terrific Experience

Within the last week I bought a new car. I'm a woman of retirement age, and not that good with the new technology. Ron Delvalle was really nice and you could tell he likes his job and likes meeting people. He explained everything and we had fun going on two test drives! Everyone I met was very professional and extremely competent. I was really impressed that Ron and Diane Evans stayed after the dealership closed to teach me all about my new Car. I didn't feel rushed at all, even though, I'm sure, Ron and Diane would have liked to be on their way home to their families. If you want to buy a Mercedes, go to RBM and Ron.

Great car-buying experience

We had a great experience buying at RBM of Alpharetta. We had researched used 2014 GLK-350s beforehand so we knew already that RBM was offering the best prices in the Atlanta area. We went to a few other dealers first, just to look around, but didn't find anything we liked. When we got to RBM, we really enjoyed the low-pressure sales environment. We were allowed to browse the lot as long as we wanted without being approached, but when we were ready to talk, we asked for help and were promptly referred to Ron DelValle. He took us on a test-drive and when we found the car we wanted, he made the rest of the process a breeze. Knowing that we were getting a good price without haggling made the experience stress-free, and he also offered us a great deal on our trade-in. I also want to give a shout-out to Carol Duster in finance who helped us close the deal. We had actually come to the dealership expecting to test-drive, sleep on it, and come back later, so we hadn't brought our checkbook or the title for our trade-in. Turns out we found exactly the car we wanted, but it was already too late in the day to go home and get them. Carol made it work, though. We completed all the paperwork and she sent us home with the car under a loaner agreement, and let us come back with the check book and title on Monday. That's what I call going the extra mile!

Car Buying Pleasure

Ron Delvalle and the team at RBM of Alpharetta made the purchase of my new car a great experience. Ron has a friendly easy going demeanor, and he bent over backwards to help me assess the car to make sure it was the right car for me. Ron and Lisa made the whole process as easy as possible. The next time I hear one of my friends is looking for a car I'm going to recommend that they give Ron a call. I'll definitely seek him out the next time I'm looking for a car.

EXPERIENCE AT RBM ALPHARETTA

We have purchased a number of cars from David Wang at RBM Alpharetta and all I can say is thank you to all concerned at RBM for the most fantastic experience of buying a car from your dealership. Not only are they friendly but they definitely go the extra mile for you. You are treated better than a celebrity and nothing is too much for them. The dealership is always clean and you are greeted with a smile and they make buying a car a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend David when buying your next car. David you rock!!

Excellent Buying Experience and Customer Service

I experienced excellent customer service throughout my buying experience. We were greeted by the General Manager (David Ellis) the moment we stepped on the car lot. My salesperson, (Ramona Razavi) was extremely professional and genuine. She went the extra mile to assure I had the exact vehicle I wanted. It was a pleasure working with her. I recommend working with Ramona Razavi anytime.

LIKE BUYING A CAR FROM A FRIEND

My title says it all. Dan Berry is my salesman, but I cringe at using the "S" word to describe Dan. In fact, I wouldn't describe anybody at RBM of Alpharetta, all the way from General Manager David Ellis to my Service Advisor, Teresa Cox, as anything but a friend. Dan really puts you at ease and clearly has your best interests and you satisfaction as his goals - and he delivers in grand style. Even when my car is in for service, Dan calls to make sure everything is OK. Every time I buy another car from RBM of Alpharetta (4 now), I think it was the best experience ever. I am loving my most recent S550 acquisition. Thanks Dan!
