Bought 3rd Mercedes
Great place, great people. Thought wait to see Business Manager was a bit longer than usual, and thank you gift (windshield ice scraper), was a step down from the ladie's umbrella my wife got before. The ink pen RBM used to give after signing documents was a nice touch that should be restarted as well. Overall, still a great place to buy my 4th (future) Mercedes.

EASY AND HONEST COMMUNICATION
While turning my GLK in for service my wife saw a 2014 E-350 convertible on the show room floor which she loved. Bill Winslow helped us and was very professional, easy to work with , honest and with no pressure gave us a fair trade-in and price on the car. Best of the Best Experience
Our buying experience was phenomenal. At first, we thought we were going to have a fight on our hands regarding the value of our trade-in, but to our amazement, Reza came back with the fair market value the first go-around. Reza listened to us and took care of our needs instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. I wish my doctor's would listen as attentively as Reza did. Respect at this dealership is not just a word but a way of conducting business. Our next car purchase with definitely be a RBM Benz.

Great Salesperson!

Excellent Buying Experience with Neil Turry
I started browsing for cars in late November. I met Neil Turry and he answered all of my questions about the MB E350 and we test drove 2 cars- a diesel and a gas model. I had fully decided on an E350 in January, and I contacted Neil again. We talked through exactly what I was looking for, I explained to him my preferences. Neil got to know me and fully understood what I was looking for. I told him I was patient and he assured me he would find the car that I wanted. Within 2 weeks, Neil had a trade (which he had seen) which he thought would both meet my needs and "nice to haves." I placed my trust in Neil and committed to buy this car sight unseen, before it even arrived at the dealership for the trade. The car was magnificent- a 2012 E350 with less than 10,000 miles on it. It was loaded with extras and he gave me a very competitive, no-hassle price. The communication throughout the pre-sale process and post-sale process has been excellent. I would buy from Neil again.

Great Salesperson Ron Delvalle
I purchased my new 2015 C300 this week from RBM of Alpharetta after extensive research regarding quality and pricing of Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. RBM of Alpharetta came highly recommended by my company for the service and value they provide. RBM's pricing was superior to other vehicles Within minutes of sending a request online for an appointment to test drive several vehicles, my sales associate, Ron Delvalle, emailed me detailed information on each car and called to schedule a convenient time. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating of my schedule, which is already stretched to the point of breaking. He allowed as much or as little time as I needed for each step of the process, gave me a tour of the facility while paperwork was being processed, and ensured my visits were as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Ron listened to my concerns and attended to each one. His flexibility and resolution skills enabled us to reach agreeable compromises quickly and pleasantly. Carol Duster, the finance manager, was also extremely nice to work with. Her efficiency and courtesy made the finance portion painless and fast, but not rushed. When I picked up my vehicle on saturday , it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Ron and RBM of Alpharetta to my friends, family, and associates. My entire experience was excellent and gave me full confidence that my future interactions will be the same.

Extra Mile Servants
My husband and I have purchased many cars in our life and I can truly say we have never been treated with the kindness and respect as we were by Mr. Dan Berry. On February 21, 2015 I purchased a new 2015 ML Mercedes from Dan Berry. I must say that the service that we received was far above excellence by our sales expert, Mr. Dan Berry. He went beyond the call of duty. We were having trouble getting our garage and gate operator programed and he came by our home and set them up on our cars. We were so impressed with Mr. Berry that my husband returned to RBM of Alpharetta a week later and purchased another Mercedes from Mr. Berry. Worth the Drive
After finding a car online I called and spoke to Reza. He unanswered all my questions and sent me extra pictures of the car. I was assured of the quality and condition of the car and he was true to his word. They also gave me the most for the trade in.
