My dream car purchase!

I had a chance to FINALLY purchase a convertible vehicle, that only took me 30+ years! Met with Dan Berry [I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with him for your purchase needs], he was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying and very pleasant to work with during the "negotiation" process - We all know how that can sometimes go! There is no doubt I will be in to purchase another Mercedes in the future from this dealership and will look to work with Dan once again when the time comes.

World Class Dealership, Attentive to the Customer

We’ve purchased two vehicles from RBM Alpharetta within just a couple of months. Around the fall of 2014, we realized that it was time to replace both of our aging vehicles, but really had no particular direction or preference in regard to what type of vehicle or even the manufacturer. Our search was short-lived. We started with the usual 'most-popular' brands and models and came away feeling rather flat after the experience. We had enjoyed owning Benz's in the past. We had enjoyed owning Benz's in the past. On a whim, we decided to stop by RBM of Alpharetta, just to see what the lineup was. Honestly, we didn't weren't seriously searching for a higher end vehicle. We were not rushed upon by eager salesmen as soon as we pulled in. We were allowed the opportunity to survey the lineup on our own. After all, we didn't know what we wanted, and so we weren't interested in any particular vehicle, and in particular, not a Mercedes. A couple of models caught our attention and we headed to the showroom to learn more. Bill Winslow was up to bat (an available sales consultant). He was informed, communicative, and obviously very experienced. We made known the vehicles that had peaked our interest, and he made known the numbers right up front, THEN we went for the test drive, not the other way around. We landed upon the GLK 350. I looked at my wife, she nodded, indicating our search was over. It took less than an hour, and remarkably, with no surprises, for Sharon Thompson to complete the paperwork for our transaction. The car is pristine, but has many features that are unique to Benz. To become more familiar with the vehicle, RBM provides concierge vehicle delivery with highly trained specialists to assist new owners to become more familiar with the vehicle. Pamela Ciccatera spent more than an hour helping us to become familiar with all the gadgets, bells and whistles. Pamela has also been patient as we have repeatedly called upon her to help us with particular features of the vehicle. Each time we visit the dealership, the gracious and elegant Mary Brown greets us by name at the front desk. Our experience was very positive, no difficulties, no snafus. We were both quite impressed by the vehicle. Our experience in working with Bill Winslow and Mark McQuaid was so positive that we determined within two weeks, we decided to obtain a second GLK from RBM Alpharetta, this time a diesel. YIPEE! and WOW! What a terrifically fun couple of cars to drive! Bill Winslow and the symphony of experienced and professional business people at RBM decompress the buying process. Again, for the second purchase, it took less than an hour for Carol Duster to complete the paperwork and we were on the road in two GLK’s. RBM’s sales team is truly consultative, completely without gimmicks and pressure tactics. Being treated with courtesy by everyone we met made both of our new car acquisitions at RBM was only pleasant! Sincere thanks to Bill Winslow for seamlessly putting our transactions together. Kudos and compliments to RBM Alpharetta ownership for pulling together a winning combination of professionals. RBM Alpharetta is Mercedes done with Alpharetta style (without the snooty attitude). Very smooth and very pleasant

I purchased my certified, pre-owned 2014 C250 this week from RBM of Alpharetta after extensive research regarding quality and pricing of Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. RBM of Alpharetta came highly recommended by my company for the service and value they provide. RBM's pricing was superior to other vehicles of comparable mileage, options, and certification. Within minutes of sending a request online for an appointment to test drive several vehicles, my sales associate, Ron Delvalle, emailed me detailed information on each car and called to schedule a convenient time. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating of my schedule, which is already stretched to the point of breaking. He allowed as much or as little time as I needed for each step of the process, gave me a tour of the facility while paperwork was being processed, and ensured my visits were as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Ron listened to my concerns and attended to each one. His flexibility and resolution skills enabled us to reach agreeable compromises quickly and pleasantly. Carol Duster, the finance manager, was also extremely nice to work with. Her efficiency and courtesy made the finance portion painless and fast, but not rushed. During the brief down time, Ron introduced me to my Service associate and the sales manager, Teresa and Donnie, who took the time to talk and get to know me. When I picked up my vehicle yesterday, it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Ron and RBM of Alpharetta to my friends, family, and associates. My entire experience was excellent and gave me full confidence that my future interactions will be the same.

Double deal of a lifetime.

We have purchased many vehicles from RBM North over the years. Our salesman, Bill Winslow, has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had to put up with many indecisions from both myself and my wife. This past experience when purchasing two vehicles, a 400 SL and a 300 C, my wife decided on a different model vehicle as I was signing papers. Bill was understanding and able to have my wife purchase the vehicle of her choice. Our next Mercedes purchase will only be at RBM North and with Bill Winslow. Thanks to all the crew at Mercedes for making this experience a time to remember.

My First Mercedes Benz - 2015 CLA250

I brought my first Mercedes Benz from this dealership. A 2015 white Mercedes Benz CLA 250, sports package. I love my new car! Chase Brown, the rep I had, was awesome. He was very patient with me and my child. He Offered his tablet and snacks to keep my child entertained while we handled the paperwork. The facility was great and all reps were friendly and made me feel welcome. I got such a great deal and I would recommend this dealership and rep to anyone buying their first Mercedes Benz!

Third Car from David Wang

I just picked up my third Mercedes from David Wang. It is a pleasure dealing with him -- the deal was fair and I love the car (SL550). Also, for the third time, I made the deal in one stop -- he had in mind what I wanted and had the car prepped for me before I ever arrived. Very pleasant experience overall - great dealership.

Sales experience that builds repeat customers!

I bought my 2014 MB E350 Convertible from RBM in November. The sale was made through the internet, finalized when I went down to "do the deal". Could not have gone more smoothly or professionally. The sales person was Ramona Razavi. Ramona handled every detail to my satisfaction and followed up several times to make sure I was "happy". I would recommend Ramona and RBM to you is you are looking for a luxury automobile - new or used - in the Atlanta are. Heck, I live 350 miles from Atlanta and did my deal there - what more can I say!

David Wang was the best !

We drove a long way to pick the perfect 1st car for our daughter. RBM along with David Wang made it a great overall experience. I really can not say enough about everyone we met while on the lot. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Lisa in finance was awesome too!!!

David Wang was Great !

We drove over 2 hours to do business with RBM and David Wang and we would do it again in a heartbeat! I wanted to buy my daughter one of the safest cars on the road and I fill completely satisfied that we did just that. She loves her 2015 C300 and we are 100% satisfied in our choice Thank you David you were great to us.
