BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I experienced excellent customer service throughout my buying experience. I looked at the vehicle I wanted online, sent an email and the same day Bill Favini answered all my questions. My salesperson, (Bill Favini) was extremely professional and genuine. He went the extra mile to assure I had the exact vehicle I wanted and made my buying experience one of the bests. It was a pleasure working with him. I also recommend Lisa Brennan and Carol Duster in the Finance department, excellent ladies to work with! no pressure at any time and they were genuinely concerned about my experience and expectations!!! Also Diane Evans who introduced me to all the gadgets!!! Hands down best Mercedes dealer!!!

Simply Awesome!

I live in Birmingham Alabama and saw a vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta that I was interested in online. I left a message of interest on their company website. I received a return call from Neil Turry promptly the next morning. After a little discussion and exchange of info I felt so comfortable with Neil that we agreed to a deal over the phone. Neil personally inspected the vehicle and assured me it was flawless. His attention to detail and professionalism set my mind at ease. Upon arrival at the dealership the GLK350 was just as Neil had promised and spotless. The dealership also provided a tank of gas and my first 2 services free of charge. I would recommend both Neil and RBM with my most sincere and highest recommendation. Lisa in the finance dept. and Pamela were equally impressive. Just a great overall experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - David Wang

I just bought a car from David two weeks ago. He is excellent to work with, he knows his product and is helpful (w/o the high pressue sales tactics you might experience in other dealers). We have bought 5 cars from this dealership and everytime has been a flawless experience.

Always a good experience

I worked with David Wong on the purchase two vehicles in the past year or so. As a family we have bought 5 cars from RBM Alpharetta - every purchase experince has been great. I just also brought an E320 CDI in for service - the experience was excellent - the repairs were done correctly and Rob (I beleive he is the Manager) in the Service Dept was very fair and great to work with. My Dad had a 1967 MB 200D - our family has been loyal to MB since - great cars - nobody what anybody says, in this segment/car type - nothing drives like an MB! Thanks to the ENTIRE STAFF at RBM Alpharetta - I will buy again.

Neil Turry helped us buy an awesome car.He is every helpful and experience with helping us with my purchase. He made us feel comfortable and happy.The service is incredible fast and helpful. Great dealership and great service.

new car purchase

I had a fantastic experience at the dealership. Ron contacted me regarding my internet request about an E350. We met and took it for a test drive. I liked the car, but later decided to look at the ML. When I explained this to Ron, he did not hesitate to send me a new proposal. Unlike other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, Ron did not try to hustle me or pester me all day with texts, emails, phone calls,, etc. I really appreciated this. I came back a few days later to test the car. Ron fully explained all of the features of the car to me. Again, unlike other salespeople is very knowledgeable of his product without using blatant over the top sales pitches. I felt like I was dealing with a consultant, not a salesman. Having bought many cars (I also purchase cars for my mother, father, and wife) through the years, I can truly say Ron is the best. I will do business with Ron again. Carol was also great. Fortunately for me she worked very efficiently and got me through the hard part (paying for the car) painlessly. She has a great sense of humor and was very pleasant to work with. Dianne gave me my product package and gave me a guided tour of my car. She did an excellent job explaining, in depth, all of the features of the car inside and out. Don also impressed me. When I noticed a "scrape" on the window, I showed it to Ron. After finding we could not wipe it off, he brought Don over to look at it. Without me even asking, Don told Ron that he would check to see if the damage would be covered under warranty. However, if it was not covered, he said the dealership would pay for a new window. That's impressive. Also, the service department was amazing. I have never seen anything like it. Clean! Overall, this purchase was a great experience. TC

Very smooth

Bob Favini couldn't have made the buying process any easier. I called to verify they still had the vehicle and drove in town the next day. When I arrived Bob had all of my paperwork prepared and ready for me to sign. He even stayed after business hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Very straight forward and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again Bob.

Great Dealership

The staff were extremely nice.They worked one on one with you and also met all needs when it came to purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They made you feel at home. RBM is not a dealership that constantly asking questions while you are looking for a car. Overall, the customer service was great and my experience was awesome.

Terrific Experience

Within the last week I bought a new car. I'm a woman of retirement age, and not that good with the new technology. Ron Delvalle was really nice and you could tell he likes his job and likes meeting people. He explained everything and we had fun going on two test drives! Everyone I met was very professional and extremely competent. I was really impressed that Ron and Diane Evans stayed after the dealership closed to teach me all about my new Car. I didn't feel rushed at all, even though, I'm sure, Ron and Diane would have liked to be on their way home to their families. If you want to buy a Mercedes, go to RBM and Ron.
