David Wang-RBM Superstar!

We recently bought our second Mercedes in three months thanks to Mr.Wang. I guess I could just end my review right there... We shopped around for this car as well as the last, but there wasn't a dealership in the area that compares; although we thought we should give them a chance. It just proved how great we have it working with David at RBM in Alpharetta. Love the welcoming showroom, great cars, convenient drinks and snacks, and of course David's insights, expertise and no-hassle way of doing business. Looking forward to our next car knowing we won't be wasting any time looking elsewhere.

Wonderful Auto Purchase Experience, Thanks to Ron Delvalle

I purchased an E350 this week. I met Ron a couple of months ago as I started researching various cars including: Lexus, Audi, Infiniti, etc. I did some research prior to my visit. However, not really knowing a thing about Mercedes, Ron was very patient and introduced me to all options. I was very impressed with the facility, the receptionist, and the professionalism with which I was treated. This experience was the antithesis of being with a used car salesman as I had even experienced with Lexus. There is no hard sell approach. I felt that the honesty with which he discussed pricing was most reassuring. Even once I had semi decided on the luxury model, he suggested I drive the sport one again just to make sure. AND, I did change my mind after driving it the second time. I would highly recommend Ron as a salesperson. He is professional, aims to please, patient, understanding, and thoughtful. By the way, I owned the Lexus LS460 and did not return to purchase another one.

First Class Experience- Thank you Reza!

From the time we set foot inside the showroom to the time we drove our new vehicle off the lot we were treated 'first class'. It was (hands down) the best experience at a car dealership we have ever had and we have visited many dealerships as we both like to change vehicles every 2 to 3 years. At RBM of Alpharetta everyone is cordial and everyone walks around with a smile. That goes a long way. The dealings were open, honest and upfront. And there was never any pressure at any one point. What a great way to buy a car! Thank you RBM of Alpharetta especially Reza for making the deal happen!!!

EASY AND HONEST COMMUNICATION

While turning my GLK in for service my wife saw a 2014 E-350 convertible on the show room floor which she loved. Bill Winslow helped us and was very professional, easy to work with , honest and with no pressure gave us a fair trade-in and price on the car. He knows his products and listens to what you want ,which made purchasing a car extremely easy. I look forward to working with Bill in the future.

Bought 3rd Mercedes

Great place, great people. Thought wait to see Business Manager was a bit longer than usual, and thank you gift (windshield ice scraper), was a step down from the ladie's umbrella my wife got before. The ink pen RBM used to give after signing documents was a nice touch that should be restarted as well. Overall, still a great place to buy my 4th (future) Mercedes.

Top Quality in Every Department

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Dealt with Bill Favini and who listened to our needs and did all he could to get us the exact car WE wanted. No unnecessary pressure, just great advice and all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I feel great about my purchase and know that RBM are going to take care of us in the future.

Best of the Best Experience

Our buying experience was phenomenal. At first, we thought we were going to have a fight on our hands regarding the value of our trade-in, but to our amazement, Reza came back with the fair market value the first go-around. Reza listened to us and took care of our needs instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. I wish my doctor's would listen as attentively as Reza did. Respect at this dealership is not just a word but a way of conducting business. Our next car purchase with definitely be a RBM Benz.
