excellent dealership great staff

My wife went in to buy a E 350 she did and loves it, while there with her, I ended up buying a ML 350 myself. We have bought many cars over the years but, our experience with RBM is by far the best. David Wang, The sales MGR, Lisa Brennan and Linda were all exceptional. Great overall and David Wang should be commended for outstanding salesmanship.

Purchase of certified preowned 2012 C-250

Dan Berry made this the best car buying experience ever. After having bought over 50 vehicles, I feel qualified to comment. Dan worked to get us a great deal without any hassle.He was professional, personable and attentive to our wishes. He gets my wholehearted recommendation. RBM of Alpharetta is the home of true Mercedes professionals

I have purchased several cars from RBM of Alpharetta over the years and I recommend them highly. I can always count on the quality of their service and I have never been disappointed. They are true professionals. Dan Berry helped me configure and order my 2015 E350 and it is the most outstanding vehicle I have ever driven. Dan kept me informed on the progress of my order through the build, the shipment and the delivery. It's easy to have confidence in a dealership that has professionals like Dan.

Converted from BMW to Mercedes Benz

Fabian listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. He is very knowledgable of RBM and it's competitors in the same class. He made shopping and buying enjoyable. I highly recommend him. He'll get you what you want and at the right price. He basically converted this 10 year BMW owner to Mercedes-Benz. Every test drive we went on he knew all the features that spoke to what I liked and knew I wanted the performance to be at or better than BMW. I always thought I'd just own BMW's. The bar was set high and he showed me that MB could out perform it's competition. So, I fell in love with the C300 4Matic!!! Julie -Cumming, GA

Great Way to Start the Year

My wife and I purchased our first Mercedes mid January and had a wonderful experience. We had been shopping for over two weeks and encountered many different experiences through out North Atlanta. By far our experience at RBM of Alpharetta with Fabian Tafur was the best. The entire team involved in our purchase and after care has been amazing! Thanks RBM and thanks Fabian for making this a great way to start the year!

Reliability...Best...Magnificent is RBM

Customer Satisfaction. I really wanted for the good dealership for purchasing my first Mercedes car. I was looking for a dealer who can spend some time on looking up all the options and get me for a better price. RBM of Alpharetta dealers are highly qualified to deal with customers. I brought 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA250 and my dealer is Romano Razavi. She is very polite and listened all my options and found a car for better price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND RBM of Alpharetta. I have been to many other dealers before purchasing from RBM. we would not find that reliability any where else. I went to RBM to purchase 2014 car thinking i would get better discounts but 2015 itself they made a better deal. I hope to purchase my next car with RBM of Alpharetta. I Really thankful to Romano Razavi.

Awesome Experience

David Wang has sold us 3 cars in 7 months. He is awesome and we have never had such a good experience at a dealership,. The GM and the Lisa Brennan in Finance and Diane Evans who takes you thru all the fun features of the car.. they are all just wonderful Excellent dealership excellent sales service and a wonderful experience.... David ROCKS!!!!!

I'm So Fancy

Purchased my first Mercedes last week and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was welcomed by friendly, smiling faces and the smell of good coffee. Neil Turry made the test drive and educational experience better than I have ever experienced. He was able to point out features in the car that made me feel as if it was custom built just for me. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. The finance department was very organized and made the process smooth and efficient.

very knowledgeable sales associate

We were having our e-350 serviced and interested in obtaining information on an suv we had seen on the road. Dan Berry had been our service advisor a couple of years ago, so we contacted him to obtain some information on suv's. He spent considerable time with us in the showroom and during a driving demonstration which led us to the decision to purchase a ml-350. This is our second Mercedes and without a doubt Dan was highly instrumental in our decision. His knowledge of the vehicle and the convenience packages is unparalleled and all our questions were answered. We met the sales manager, and ladies that explained the various vehicle systems. All of them made us feel very at ease with our new vehicle. This buying experience was outstanding and I would recommend RBM and Dan Berry to anyone wanting to purchase a new Mercedes.
