I would like to thank Andrew Solomon for the outstanding service he provided when I purchased my auto last week. Andrew was very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Just looking!
My wife and I decided to begin "looking" at convertible options and since we have traditionally purchased BMW's the search began with two other dealerships but were unimpressed with available inventory. We decided to drive from Dacula to Alpharetta and sneak in to view one of the E Series convertibles. We took it for a test drive and liked it but planned to wait until we had more time to evaluate options. THEN we met or salesman Neil Turry! He immediately said all the right things and directed us to focus on the features, especially the safety features that make this car stand out from the competition. He REALLY knew this car and the competition (which he never spoke against). I re-emphasized that we were "just looking" and with no pressure he asked if it would be ok for him to take us on another test drive to show us some of the features he had discussed. Once educated and in the car the second time was the charm and it became apparent that the best decision we could make would be to buy the car that day. Should I say...Happy Wife, Happy Life! Once we agreed to purchase the great service continued including the sales manager, assistants and finance department. A true 5-Star experience from start to finish with no pressure at any time. I would recommend Neil and RBM of Alpharetta to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

FANTASTIC!!!!
I'm still surprised about the whole sale. I first want to say my sales men was Bill Winslow and he was the best I have ever worked with, he took the time to get to know me first and he listen to my questions while answering them trougherly. I have never met a sales person that not only take their job serious but take you as someone he cares about. I never felt so welcome and appreciated so much. I have to say this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Bill Winslow was so friendly and knowledgable and didn't make me feel pushed to buy my car from him. He even was very funny as we where talking during the financing process, he was patient with me and very interested in making me feel comfortable until the very end of the sale. I will most defiantly be referring others to him. He is AWESOME and he CARE. Everyone was great and very welcoming. enclosing, I must say that this is the best dealership in Georgia I will ever go to.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
Working with Ron Delvalle was effortless. Ron was very knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing. He always took time out to meet our schedule and to answer all the questions we had. Family Friendly Experience
After several months of searching for the right used Volvo we found one here. We could not of asked for a more friendly experience. Fabian was great, he answered all of our questions and was able to work with us on our trade-in. We have never had a faster buying experience. Excellent Experience
I recently purchased my fourth Mercedes Benz with the help of Dan Berry. I have know Dan since 2006 and go to him for guidance through the process of buying my next MB. The service at RBM Alpharetta is unsurpassed, and for me, Dan Berry is the reason. I trust his opinion throughout my car buying process. He listens and knows what he's talking about.
