Great Salesperson!

We just moved to the area a few months ago and began our car search for a GL 350. We went to several dealerships in the area and found them less than helpful. A phone call to RBM and a conversation with Bill Winslow began a successful path to a new car! It was smooth process and he made it enjoyable, the way buying a car should be. Thanks Bill!

Excellent Buying Experience with Neil Turry

I started browsing for cars in late November. I met Neil Turry and he answered all of my questions about the MB E350 and we test drove 2 cars- a diesel and a gas model. I had fully decided on an E350 in January, and I contacted Neil again. We talked through exactly what I was looking for, I explained to him my preferences. Neil got to know me and fully understood what I was looking for. I told him I was patient and he assured me he would find the car that I wanted. Within 2 weeks, Neil had a trade (which he had seen) which he thought would both meet my needs and "nice to haves." I placed my trust in Neil and committed to buy this car sight unseen, before it even arrived at the dealership for the trade. The car was magnificent- a 2012 E350 with less than 10,000 miles on it. It was loaded with extras and he gave me a very competitive, no-hassle price. The communication throughout the pre-sale process and post-sale process has been excellent. I would buy from Neil again.

Extra Mile Servants

My husband and I have purchased many cars in our life and I can truly say we have never been treated with the kindness and respect as we were by Mr. Dan Berry. On February 21, 2015 I purchased a new 2015 ML Mercedes from Dan Berry. I must say that the service that we received was far above excellence by our sales expert, Mr. Dan Berry. He went beyond the call of duty. We were having trouble getting our garage and gate operator programed and he came by our home and set them up on our cars. We were so impressed with Mr. Berry that my husband returned to RBM of Alpharetta a week later and purchased another Mercedes from Mr. Berry. Everyone at the dealership was so nice to work with and we would recommend Mr. Dan Berry to our friends and will certainly use him again as our sales expert. Thank you so much for the excellent service and extra mile service. Pam Ciccateri did an excellent job of showing us the features on our new cars. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate the overall experience as a 11.

Very easy experience in buying a car

Our sales person was very professional. She was an excellent sales person with excellent knowledge of the cars. Ramona Razavi was very helpful without being pushy . She gave us excellent service .

Great Salesperson Ron Delvalle

I purchased my new 2015 C300 this week from RBM of Alpharetta after extensive research regarding quality and pricing of Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. RBM of Alpharetta came highly recommended by my company for the service and value they provide. RBM's pricing was superior to other vehicles Within minutes of sending a request online for an appointment to test drive several vehicles, my sales associate, Ron Delvalle, emailed me detailed information on each car and called to schedule a convenient time. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating of my schedule, which is already stretched to the point of breaking. He allowed as much or as little time as I needed for each step of the process, gave me a tour of the facility while paperwork was being processed, and ensured my visits were as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Ron listened to my concerns and attended to each one. His flexibility and resolution skills enabled us to reach agreeable compromises quickly and pleasantly. Carol Duster, the finance manager, was also extremely nice to work with. Her efficiency and courtesy made the finance portion painless and fast, but not rushed. When I picked up my vehicle on saturday , it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Ron and RBM of Alpharetta to my friends, family, and associates. My entire experience was excellent and gave me full confidence that my future interactions will be the same.

Worth the Drive

After finding a car online I called and spoke to Reza. He unanswered all my questions and sent me extra pictures of the car. I was assured of the quality and condition of the car and he was true to his word. They also gave me the most for the trade in.

Excellent First Time MB experience

Ron Delvalle has to this day been the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I was taking a while to find the right Mercedes since it was my first. He treated me with the upmost respect and had patience with me and was ever so gracious! Ron, Diane and Carol made my transaction smooth, humours, and gave me the best customer service! I will definitely be making RBM my go to dealer for my Benz. I am very happy I bought from RBM, they treated me like family! Top Notch Service! Way to go guys!

A fantastic shopping experiance for a car.

My old vehicle gave up on the way into work one morning, causing me to finally have to get a newer vehicle. After a bit of searching on the internet, I found a used truck that I wanted. I have heard of the dealership for years, but I had never been. I filled out the online information form, and was contacted by Ron Delvalle within minutes. After a few emails, and a few text, I was ready to purchase. Ron answered every question that I had, and even sent extra pictures of the truck that I inquired about. When I arrived at the dealership, everything went smoothly, a truly professional dealership. Do to my schedule, several people at the dealership had to stay past close to accommodate me taking delivery of the truck that evening. I did not hear a single complaint, only people thanking me for my business. More than suggesting that you look to RBM of Alpharetta for your next vehicle, I insist that you do! You will not be disappointed.

My First Mercedes Benz - 2012 ML350 4MATIC

I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz ML350 from RBM of Alpharetta. Overall it was an amazing and excellent experience. Living two hours away from RBM of Alpharetta was not an obstacle for me at all because of Bill Favini who made it very easy and simple from the first time I talked to him over the phone to the time I went there and got my car. He was very helpful and sent me a lot of additional pictures of the car and all the papers by email. He walked me step by step over the phone to finish all the paper work and answered all my questions. I never imagined myself putting a down payment on an expensive luxury car without seeing it in person but the level of confidence that I had on Bill from the first few phone calls made it easy on me to take the decision. The car was exactly as described and expected. He has a lot of knowledge and experience with MB and it is always pleasure to deal with someone who knows what he is selling.
