One Word: "EXCEPTIONAL" - Fabian is Fantastic to Work With

I bought my first Mercedes from this dealer back in 2008. Throughout the history of owning this vehicle they have always exceeded my expectations be it in the areas of sales or service. I was thinking of trading my 2008 E350 in for a SUV as I needed more cargo room with kids, trips, etc. I met with Fabian in Sales and the experience was top notch and no pressure whatsoever. We as consumers always cringe when it comes to purchasing a vehicle but with Fabian, as well as the others on the sales staff, they are professional, calm, open minded, creative (when it comes to the deal itself) and have the ability to put you at ease and make it a positive experience. I recommend this dealer and if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes you have to reach out to Fabian. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer he will get it from another internal resource. He's a professional guy with a "best friend" type of attitude and he won't steer you wrong. Pertaining to the transaction, I walked in at 5:40pm and left in my new 2015 ML450 at 6:20pm. Don't waste time, get in there today! Cheers! Eric B.

"GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH NEIL TURRY"

Today, my wife drove home in a beautiful GLK 350. The buying experience provided by Neil was second to none. Neil was extremely knowledgeable about all Mercedes Benz cars. He was thorough in asking my wife what was most important to her in choosing the right car. We bought our first car from Neil almost twenty years ago. It is very enjoyable to deal with someone like Neil who has such tremendous passion for cars. I challenge anyone to find a better person to find their next Mercedes Benz. Andy is our best friend

Andy is the first salesperson that me and my wife have done business twice in 3 years. We purchased 2010 C300 and recently 2015 C300 4MATIC. Andy is very knowledgeable and understands the pulse of the customer. He never puts pressure on us close the deal. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Andy to get the best and quality service.

Great Experience

This was truly an awesome experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales team and the prices were lower than other area dealerships for comparable vehicles. Ramona was great to work with to get the right car for me.

Professional, efficient and welcoming!

Impressed from the start by this dealership and my salesperson! When purchasing a vehicle, they treat you the way you expect to be treated. I actually couldn't believe how smooth the whole transition went. Ramona Razavi is an awesome salesperson, ensuring everything you expect is addressed and or taken care of asap. Efficient and straightforward. Didn't waste my time!

I wanted to buy a very specific car with specific options. I went to 3 dealerships in the Atlanta area before I went to RBM in Alpharetta. The other dealerships ignored what I wanted and tried to talk me into something they had on the lot. Frustrated with sales people who do not listen, I sent an e-mail request ot RBM Alpharetta. The next day, Ramona called me and had the model waiting for a test drive when I arrived that afternoon. Now, it was not the specific model I wanted, but instead of trying to sell it to me, they did a search and found my car at a dealer in TN. I had my new car within 3 days. I could not be happier. They (Ramona) listened and understood exactly want I wanted. The dealership offered a fair deal on my trade-in and got my new car to me asap. I did not finance the car, so I can't comment on that, but the whole process was quick and efficient. Very Happy!

Great Dealership..Awesome Experience!

Best Experience in 40 years of Car Buying

My sales rep was Fabian Tafur. This was my first Mercedes purchase and I must say that this was the absolute BEST buying experience in 40 years of buying experience. Fabian was knowledgeable, professional, concerned, involved and the primary driver of the transaction. Fabian ensured my expectations and goals were met while representing his dealership and Mercedes with integrity, product knowledge and selfless work ethic. I got a great Mercedes Benz E 350 at a fair price. Fabian ensured the car was exactly what I wanted, personally verified service and detail was completed and even set up the dreaded finance appointment so that my expectations were met. Believe it or not, finance lasted 10 minutes. I was in and out of the dealership in my new car within an hour which included a detailed and expert demonstration of all the Mercedes' bells and whistles (which are exhaustive). If you want to be treated to the best purchase experience of your life with personalized attention to every detail, seek out RBM of Alpharetta and ask for Fabian Tafur. You will see first hand what I am writing about. Thanks RBM of Alpharetta and Fabian for the best buying experience of my life. I will be back!

Third car bought from Andrew Solomon and can,t say enough about RBM. Andrew found the car I wanted at a fair price and delivered it on time. I,would recommend Andrew for your next mercedes purchase.
