Such A Pleasure!!!

This is the 2nd time I have bought a car from Reza Azizi. We were looking around for a car for my daughter this time so we visited many dealers as we were undecided on what car we were going to buy. I have to say it is always such a pleasure to walk through the doors of RBM Alpharetta it had been a year since I bought my car but the customer service never waivers. Reza always greets us with a warm welcoming smile. It was so different from the experiences that we had just had at some of the other car dealerships we had visited. No pressure sales,none of" the deal is good for 5 minutes,","can i get you to leave with this car now?" It was a first class experience. We all love Reza and were happy that we bought another car from him.

First Class Experience!

I worked with the sales person Andy Sayers. From the moment I walked into the dealership till I left with my new car everything was a first class experience! I felt like they wanted to build a long term relationship with me and my wife and not just sell me a car. Andy found the perfect car for us and made it so easy doing business with them. I worked with Carol Duster in Finance and she was an absolute pleasure getting through the paperwork. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend RBM Alpharetta to anyone!

A great experience!

We bought a used Lexus from Portia Gibbs at RBM of Alpharetta a few weeks ago. Portia was fun to work with, knowledgeable and professional. When we are in the market again for a car Portia will be the first person we turn to for help!

Low pressure and we now have a great car!

We worked with Portia Gibbs at RBM of Alpharetta and had a great experience. She was very nice and knowledgeable; we felt very relaxed with her. I would love to buy another car from Portia and RBM again which is the highest praise we can give.

Fabian is Outstanding

Bought our second ML350 from Fabian on 19th Dec'14 (our first one on 26th Oct'13). Because of the superb customer experience we had while buying our 2014 ML350, I flew all the way from Houston to buy our second ML350 (2015) from Fabian....despite the fact that there are 3 MB dealers within 45 mins driving distance from our home at Katy. I am his customer for life....he is the BEST! Lisa is also excellent ...she had all the paper work done ahead of time and completed the whole transaction in only 15 mins.

The art of Customer Service is not lost...

If any of you are like me, then you take notice when you receive outstanding customer service. I walked into RBM for the first time about 4 months ago, I was weighing my options as my current lease was coming to a close. I was indecisive but was lucky enough to be working with Bill Winslow- he sat with me on several different occasions went over all my options and was comfortable with my extended time frame (meaning I was not going to buy that day). He would send me email check-ins on occasion, not too pushy but enough to let me know that he hadn't forgotten. Well...I purchased my ML350 this week and I have to say that I would never purchase a car from any other dealership besides RBM nor would I want to work with anyone other than Bill- terrific experience on all levels. Everyone from the General Manager to Finance was terrific. If you desire a great buying experience, look no further than RBM- they will take care of you every time. Thanks again Bill- see you again in 36 months.

Fabian Rocks!

Just bought our second car, a 2015 S500 from Fabian Tafur at RBM Alpharetta. Another great experience. Fabian understands his product inside and out and made the process very easy. Definitely ask for him if you are in the market for a new or certified pre-owned Mercedes. He rocks!

Great Experience!

Ron listened to what I wanted and found me the car I was looking for. He was very friendly and had great communication.He made the transaction go very smoothly. Sharon in financing was thorough and very nice. They treated me very well, I love my new car!

2007 Mercedes SLK350
