Bought used range rover sport

Purchased my 3rd car from RBM...RBM of Alpharetta

When purchasing an automobile the people I deal with are as important as the vehicle itself. I found in Bill Favini and Lisa Brennan, take-charge attitudes with a good balance for both the customer and the Dealership. With their professionalism I would expect 2015 to be another record-breaking year. It was the extra effort to be sure that I was completely satisfied, that makes me feel so good about the experience. Great Experience

I just purchased a new C-300. It took me a several months just to decide what I wanted. Over that time I test drove several models with Ron Delvalle and Andy Sayers. There was no pressure and I never felt rushed during the whole process. Ron helped find the perfect car for me at a great price! Everyone including Lisa in Financing was very easy to work with. It was a great stress-free process!

They are the best

I must say that RBM of Alpharetta has absolutely exceeded my expectations, each and every time! This is my THIRD purchase from this dealership, and it has been such a pleasure working with Dan Berry and Bill Favini. They address any concerns, and every question or thought that comes to mind! Great experience!

We called Fabian to inquire about a preowned BMW on Monday afternoon. Based on the photos and information provided by Fabian we made the 3 hour drive on Tuesday to see the car in person. Everything was just as it was represented over the phone and on the Internet and a couple of hours later we were headed back home in our new convertible. Sharon also made the financing easy! Great experience! I'll definitely check with Fabian and RBM the next time I'm ready to buy. Very friendly, no pressure, & easy to deal with!

My experience with RBM

My experience was great for purchasing my car. I shopped for three months for an audi a5 and the right car came up and David wang and i connected right away on the first day of the ad and he was able to make it happen for me immediately. He picked me up at the train station from Atlanta promptly and he is a great salesman to deal with. The car was pristine for a 2009,everything worked and the dealership refurbished the car with new tires,alignment and battery with a service and inspection. The entire process and all the people i worked with were great. If you're going to buy a new mercedes or a clean used trade in i would buy from this dealer. I was very confident flying out from Denver and driving the car home.

The Best

What a GREAT experience, as the entire staff is welcoming. This is now the 3rd automobile that the family has purchased from RBM. Each time Dan Berry makes us feel more at home as if we are family. From a great experience at time of purchase to excellent customer service with the service center, we have been very pleased.
