Neil Turry made this purchase experience a waking dream

I walked into RBM of Alpharetta as an afterthought and walked out a week later with the ideal purchase. This was accomplished in 1.5 hours plus two fifteen minute test drives, plus a thorough clinic on all of the automobile's features., Neil Turry was impeccable in person and in communication. All of his recommendations were ideal; he reads customer needs expertly. Sharon Thompson in finance was perfect, and Diane's clinic on the auto's capabilities and features was efficient and effective. I highly recommend Neil and his support staff.

This dealership is the best!

I really love RBM Alpharetta. They treat me like I'm someone special. That's the way you get and keep happy, repeat customers! I just bought a new 2015 SLK 250 from Fabian Tafur and that process was easy and relatively quick. Fabian was so pleasant, patient, and easy to work with. My husband is due to buy a car next and is looking forward to working with Fabian. I also had my 2007 SLK 350 serviced here since 2009 and working with great service advisors like Joe Neeley and Teresa Cox is the reason I bought a car here!

Great Car Great Service

Romona Razavi provided incredibly professional low pressure sales consultation on my Mercedes purchase! She was very diligent in following up with me, and always had a smile and was extremely professional. I guess it's exactly what you'd expect when buying a Mercedes, but she exceeded my expectations.

Over the Top!!

We have never had such a pleasant car buying experience like we did when we recently purchased our 2012 GL 450!! Andy Sayers found us exactly what we were looking for. Bill WInslow is a consummate professional! He answered our questions and explained the car, there was no pressure at all. The whole RBM Team creates a uniquely refined environment without the snooty that can accompany some European showrooms. Down to earth team environment from the top down! Our experience with RBM was so exceptional that we bought a second vehicle after just one month

Outstanding

Our experience purchasing my wife's new 2015 GL450 was outstanding! My wife and I have been fortunate to have had mostly very good car buying experiences in the past, but never before felt compelled to write a review about it - or anything else for that matter. We love the car and the painless paperwork signing with Lisa, along with Fabian's knowledgeable, no pressure, yet passionate approach inspired me to write my very first review... My 13 year old son (an outright car junky filled with knowledge of just about every high-end and exotic car, truck and just about anything with horsepower) and myself often attend the monthly Caffeine & Octane car show here in Alpharetta. We saw Fabian at this show a few days after our first serious peruse through the showroom a couple months ago and chatted for a while. What impressed me about this is that despite him hearing my son aggressively lobbying me to consider the Benz he was showcasing that day, he didn't pressure me or attempt to hustle me into anything, we simply talked car at a car show. This type of personable, no pressure approach was very refreshing and exactly the kind of person I like to work with. We thank Fabian and strongly endorse him.

Great Experience

I have been a Lexus owner for 19 years and never thought I would leave but poor gas mileage had me stopping to look at a Certified Pre-Owned ML 350 Diesel and the entire experience was so comfortable I ended up buying a new 2015! The sales process was as low pressure and professional as anything I have experienced and I love the car. I should have stopped in years before! Fabian was delightful to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily professional. I highly recommend this dealership and Fabian without reservation.

Great Experience

My wife and I have been Lexus owners since 1995 and were planning to purchase another Lexus before visiting RBM Alpharetta. We had a great experience working with Andy Sayers in the sales department and he was able to provide a unique and helpful perspective. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and he was very patient as we waded through our decision. We love our new GL450 and want thank Andy for making our new cary buying experience a great one!
