The guys his product and listens to you - and also provides expert advice and ways to save you money. Not the usual buying experience. Put it simply, you can't go wrong shopping here.

This was my second Mercedes purchase in the past 3 months, and both times, Paul Miller did an outstanding job of being the true Professional Sales Representative that he is. Our car was ready as promised, he took the time to explain all the features to my wife, and followed up with us to make sure everything was OK. I'd have no reservations sending a friend, or relative to deal with Paul or RBM North. Sharon Thompson had all our paperwork ready, and it was a very easy purchase. I had a great expieriance at this dealership. I was looking at other vehicles but the minute I stepped into RBM North my decision was made. The staff did a great job of making my family feel welcome.
