Bought our first Mercedes Benz (2014 ML 350) from...

Bought our first Mercedes Benz (2014 ML 350) from RBM-North. The dealership facility is World Class....every touch point is customer focused. Fabian was oustanding......his "customer first" attitude and engagement during the whole Merc buying process was WORLD CLASS. In my books he is the Best of the Best! Will be buying my 2nd Merc (most likey a E350) from him next year. The finance director (Ms. Sharon Thompson) was excellent too.......whole process was concluded in less than 20 mins. Sincere thanks to Fabian and Sharon for the memorable experience while buying our first Mercedes. You are great! Cheers, Naved & Maisha

Buy from David Wang, Sales Associate,! He is just wonderful. My husband and I purchased our first Mercedes yesterday and David made the experience even more exciting. He was helpful in every step. He took the time to move cars so we could compare colors, wheels, etc in order to make our final decision. David is knowledgeable in every detail of Mercedes. He was able to answer our questions before we asked! David was faithful to do what it took to get the car, price, and service we deserved. Thank you, David!

It was such a pleasure purchasing my vehicle with Reza at RBM of Atlanta-North. He brought such ease and satisfaction in my whole purchasing experience. I felt more like family than a customer. This is our second Mercedes-Benz. We purchased our first car from Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. While that experience was good, we would rank the process at RBM as great! Paul Miller, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he have an intricate knowledge of every vehicle we looked at, but he also made every step from trade-in to drive-off stress free. His level of service secured our business with both Mercedes-Benz and RBM of Atlanta - North versus the competition. We had very specific needs and do not pick cookie cutter cars. Paul was able to find the perfect car that balanced all of our desires and fit into our budget.

We were looking for an E-Class Mercedes for almost six...

We were looking for an E-Class Mercedes for almost six months. We stumbled upon RBM North when trying to find the Sandy Springs location. It must have been fate, because we met Paul Miller and he provided us an awesome buying experience. Paul's personality is warm and inviting. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We purchased that very day! Paul continues to provide us excellent customer service. Paul is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand, helping us to decide the best car to fit our needs. Since our purchase Paul has continued to keep in touch to make sure we are completely satisfied. We are now happy to be a part of the RBM family, thanks to Paul Miller.

Exceptional Car Buying Experience! Very Professional, No pressure...Forced to find a car quickly ...my paid for Mercedes CLK320 had been totaled a couple of weeks prior. As a sales person myself I didn't want to buy a car without doing my research. I looked at used and new. Not looking forward to upcoming interactions with the infamous car salesman....I would pull into various dealers throughout Atlanta, park as far as I could from the showroom and walk around to see what CLA250's were on their lots. Inventories were low for sure...My salesman, Paul Miller, happened to be putting on sold sticker on one of the CLA250's in their lot....that was his story anyway...LOL...He knew all there was to know about the "2014 CLA 250". Once I drove the car I was sold. Paul came in on his day off, came in at 7:30 am on a Saturday. The entire staff went above & beyond on every level. Best part my paperwork was done ahead of time. No sitting in the Finance managers office for hours of negotiations. Signed, Sealed, Delivered...Painlessly... I Love, Love.... My New Mercedes-Benz! Thank you RBM Atlanta North!

Bill was such a fabulous sales person last October...

Bill was such a fabulous sales person last October selling us our SMART, we are revisiting RBM again soon for our next vehicle. He was attentive and followed up with us regularly. Bill made sure it was an easy deal for us. We have also been back for scheduled service and the team in that area was fantasitic as well.

I have been in the market for new vehicle for a while now...

I have been in the market for new vehicle for a while now and did not have much luck until I went to RBM of Atlanta-North. I was referred to Reza by my parents who had purchased a Mercedes from RBM. From the beginning, Reza was always professional and courteous. He was informative but never pushy. I am so happy with my new car and my overall experience at RBM! Ask for Reza :)
