I walked in RBM North knowing what model Car I like . We met Reza Azizi at the door he showed us few with different options. We liked the one inside the show room few minutes later paid the deposit and got our delivery of the car two days before the original date. It was smoothest car buying experience I have ever had.. Mr Azizi made it easy without any pressure.

Excellent Service
I had the best experience at RBM of Atlanta-North in buying my first Mercedes. Usually went i go to a car dealership, it would take forever to have someone assist me with service, but i received help as soon as i got there. David Want was very helpful and straight to the point. He treated me like i was important. David Wang went above and beyond in finding the prefect Mercedes for me. He found everything that i wanted in a Mercedes. With all the questions i had and there were many, David was there to answer it. I would recommend David Wang to anyone that is thinking of buying a car. A+++ Service and A+++ product. P.S. I initially gave David Wang, Salesman for RBM a great rating. This was just after buying my car. He made it sound like he would be my concierge for anything I needed for the car. I didn't expect that but it was nice. He told me that this level of service is why he has "client's for life". Unfortunately, like many salespeople, once the sale is closed, the service stops. I called and emailed him a couple of times shortly after buying the car regarding wanting to purchase an upgrade for the car and needing to have service. His responses were short. Basically an attitude of "call this guy, not my job anymore. I already made the sale." I was very disappointed. I will not be a customer for life. The dealership is nice though. Service department is very friendly and efficient. I would buy a car from this dealership but would choose another salesperson.

Fabian had sold me a Mercedes "dream car" last...
Fabian had sold me a Mercedes "dream car" last year. This year I had to downsize. Truly, Fabian was an answer to my prayers. Recently, I got in a financial bind and Fabian so happen to contact me. Just in time! He gave me hope and options that worked for me. His polite, positive, eager to please attitude was refreshing!! He even went above and beyond duty when he offered to meet me halfway to sign some papers. Through good times and rough times Fabian was always very accommodating to my needs. For me....He was a godsend. Thank you Fabian! And whenever I am ever so blessed to purchase another Mercedes I would be honored to have Fabian serve me once again.
