I recently purchased a certified pre-owned C300 from RBM...

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned C300 from RBM of Atlanta-North. Fabian, our sales associate, was knowledgeable about his inventory and provided answers to all of my questions, which helped me make a decision about which vehicle to purchase. He informed me of the additional warranties/services offered by Mercedes for certified cars, but didn't pressure me into any of them. Both he and the Finance Manager, Lisa, ensured I understood the specifics of my purchase price. Another associate, Diana, showed me all the cool things about my car so I didn't have to guess how to put gas in it, change the radio station, or adjust the seat. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I left the dealership feeling like I got a good deal on a great car. I highly recommend RBM of Atlanta - North.

Craig made my experience at the dealership very comfortable. I never purchased an automobile prior to my purchase on June 18th, 2013. Craig was knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what I wanted out of a new car. I got the feeling that all areas of the dealership worked together nicely. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership in taking care of my car and needs as a Mercedes owner. I just love my new car!!

2012 - C250

I just purchased a C250 from RBM of Atlanta North. It was a great experience, and I would like to thank Bill Winslow for all the help. Being a picky and unorthodox buyer as I am, Bill was very patient and willing to address all my questions. Every employee of RBM of Atlanta North I've encountered has been nothing short of kind and courteous. A great place to do business!

My husband and I are retired and we want to take some trips, we wanted a good dependable safe car. After looking on line we decided that this vehicle was what we wanted. I love the car! Customer Service and Luxury all in one!

I just purchased a CPO SLK 350 from Reza at RBM North and could not be happier with the service I received. Reza was not pushy at all. He knew the vehicle inside and out and simply showed me all the features and benefits to owning a Mercedes! When I arrived to pick up the vehicle someone spent a good half hour going over every feature in the vehicle until I was comfortable with it. I can say that this was one of my best car buying experiences! I don't feel like I bought a vehicle and our relationship is over; rather it has just begun because I will definitely be servicing my car there because of the great experience I had during my purchase. I would encourage you to visit RBM North if you are looking for a new vehicle and top notch service - also make sure you ask for Reza - he is great!!
