While this dealership was not around the corner from where I live, it was well worth the drive to work with Lori Mohr and her team at RBM. This was my first Mercedes purchase and I was treated like a long time customer or family member. Lori was very patient with all my questions and her vast knowledge guided me through choosing a vehicle the best fit for me. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had while purchasing a new car. There was no pressure, and Jeff Twiggs was great to deal with and know the vehicles inside and out. He spent most of the afternoon with trying different vehicles before we decided on the perfect match for our needs. The finance personnel was great to deal with. Again, can't say enough how easy and pleasant experience.
