We just bought a used 2013 Ford Fusion Turbocharged SE with leather seats and power everything at an exceptionally great price that is well below Kelly Blue Book and an lot of car for our buck. The buying experience was very low pressure (our awesome sales rep Joel Tomlinson even allowed us to test drive the vehicle without accompanying us. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and it was a pleasurable buying experience. Cant tell you how happy I am with my first ever car purchase from Automax of Ocala. I bought a 2013 ford escape and me and my family love it. James our salesman was real friendly and knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at. He really went above and beyond in helping us out. The car had a few minor scratches and things that needed to be cleaned and about a week after we purchased the car they had us come back in and they fixed everything, even re-painted the bumper for us and looks great.

I initially went to the Automax website to search for vehicles on my own. Soon thereafter, I was contacted by Ryan to see if he could help me. We set an appointment for 1:00 pm, and by 3:00 pm, I was driving away in my 2013 Kia Optima LX! Ryan was very prompt and courteous throughout the entire process. He went to bat for me and made my family and I very happy. All of the folks we spoke with were professional and helpful! I will be returning to Automax Ocala to purchase my next vehicle!

I was searching for a Chrysler Crossfire and located one at this dealership. Over the phone and email I was given conflicting stories by different people about the car. First I was told the car had a problem and went to auction and is no longer available. Then I got an email the car is in the service bay being readied for sale. At this point I gave up, went shopping elsewhere and found and bought a Mercedes SLK.
