2010 Nissan Rogue
These guys did a great job. They drove a long way to buy my car and were fair, fast, and totally professional. Travis made it easy by doing a great job up front! A pleasurable experience! Thanks ! Mark Thompson Lancaster, VA

Thanks Mark we really appreciate it when we can make people happy when we purchase their vehicle instead of the other way around
NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEALERSHIP...
Just bought a SUV in Hendersonville location and not completely happy. Your better car dealerships spoil you but not here...I was happy with the price we were able to get our SUV for but the salesmanship was not what I was expecting at all. The sales rep was somewhat of a jokester and a bit lazy. I have never walked off a car lot where they didn't even bother to clean up the car for you or even offer you a simple drink while you went through 4 hours of their time (guess that's what I get for not DRESSING UP for buying a car). I was also told that the detail crew pretty much sucked at their job and it would be worth the time to have them clean it. The approval process was quick and easy but paper work was forever. Nice guy who help us with the paperwork but took a little to long. Left dealership finally and had to go to car wash just to make my SUV look like its suppose to. You think spending 16,000 some on a car that wouldn't be your first thing you have to do. Work with tons of people who are looking for a car but can't recommend this one.

I'm sorry that you weren't treated the way you feel you should have, we do apologize for that however we do hope you enjoy your vehicle as that is and always will be the most important part of the purchase. Thank you for your business and maybe one day in the future we can earn your business again
Sold car; easiest most efficient process
I was contacted by Tyler at the dealership in response to my post to sell my car. Within a week, the deal was done. It was so straight forward and there was no hassle. They came to Alabama to purchase the car, inspected it and we did the transaction right there. There was transparency throughout and overall it just was a pleasant experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, certainly concerning customer service. I went to Auto Advantage because they had a couple of CRV's in stock and that's what I was looking for. The salesman wasn't half bad, I mean he did his job in finding me the car I was looking for but the conversation was a bit scripted which isn't that big of a deal. It got interesting when the "sales manager" came over. He was incredibly rude to me, and treated me like I wasn't intelligent, he was marking up the interest rate on the car about 4 points higher than what I was approved for, I was pre approved through my bank but continued insisting to finance me with them, now I know that my bank doesn't work with independent dealers and that's why he didn't want to go with the pre approval I already had, wish he would have just said so. He was very aggressive and at the point when I knew it wasn't going to work out with this place I stood up and thanked him for his time, and he stormed off like a little toddler having a break down with out saying a word. This by far was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever experienced. Anyways, update! Just bought a beautiful new car, for $3000 less than Auto Advantage was asking. I'm very happy with the experience I had and I will never refer Auto Advantage to anyone, in fact I will voice my strong suggestion to not go there whenever I can.

unprofessional
I got a car from here. I already had the loan from a bank. Salesman told me the loan was no good and that he finance guy would get me a loan. After hours of waiting and paperwork we got out of there. I wish I could say that was it.....But we had to go back 3 more times for so called missing paperwork. The young finance guy was rude. Had car a few day had to spend $500 on brakes. Please be careful buying a car from here. The main office is like a kindergarten staff play table tennis and eating around customers. Very unprofessional.

We are sorry that our new finance manager had made some mistakes, unfortunately things like that happen when people are training. We allow our salespeople and customer to partake in activities while they are here as buying a car is stressful so we try to lighten the mood. Sorry that it rubbed you the wrong way, I'm surprised you didn't contact us on the brakes as I'm sure we would assist
Don't Be Fooled
As you see the TV ads for this car dealer, they rely on saying "you're loosing thousands buying a new car" Auto Advantage has already taken the depreciation". If you do the math, you are only getting what you pay for and not really any savings over any other used car purchase! Often you are paying a premium used car price. They tout $199.00 per month with $3000.00 down, $400.00 dealer fee for 72 months with a 750+ credit score. So you are paying just shy of $18,000.00 for a "used" car that is only worth $12-13,000.00 according to various used car guides. Current example: 2010 Acura TSX (57, 000 miles) So you are loosing $5000.00 when you drive this off the lot!! So don't be fooled, you are getting a used car at premium pricing, basically getting hyped. To top it off you have no warranty on a 4 year old car. They will pressure you to sell to buy an aftermarket warranty for a few thousand. They use the "let me see what the manager says" and double and even triple team you during the negotiation process. Although this is typical of used car sales folk. So before you buy from Auto Advantage do your homework!! Ask for a CarFax, but remember, this only shows if the auto had more than 25% damage. Many of their cars were rentals, leases and auction buys and may have unreported minor damage repairs, be sure to look under the car. It's always better to buy a used car from a dealer who sells the actual brand you are interested in and their pricing will be often better than a hodge podge dealer! This is not to say you can't negotiate a good deal...use your own financing, research used car buying sites for realistic pricing of a used car, have the car checked mechanically by an outside source. Don't buy their aftermarket warranty, get your own online, you will save. Finally, DO YOUR RESEARCH...most of the time you will pay more than the car is worth buying here! You will lose thousands on a used car, with trickery and if you have a credit beacon less than 750, you will pay much more! I was not duped by Auto Advantage because I did the research and didn't fall for their sales tactics...I purchased a used car down the road at a regular dealer! Bottom line be aware of Auto Advantage, they have the advantage!

Koby to be completely honest we have no idea what you are talking about, the banks decide the interest rate not the dealer, the prices of the cars are fair because the internet will not allow dealers of our size (20 years and close to 40000 cars sold) to mark them at whatever we want to. Auto Advantage is also a Carfax advantage dealer which means that every cars comes with one and it also means that 99% of vehicles sold by us qualify for the carfax buy back guarantee, which means that if carfax misreported a salvage title or flood vehicle or theft recovered, etc. they will buy the car back from you. So not sure what FACTS you think you are stating but you are so far from being correct that we wish you the best wherever you chose to buy your vehicles from that is not us
Excellent Experience!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Advantage. Jay (sales) was very kind throughout the process. I felt like I was the only customer he had. Eric (sales manager) was very courteous and patient as I considered my options. I did not feel any pressure to buy. Ryan (processed the sale) was quite personable and found me a lower interest rate than my credit union. I didn't think that was possible but it was. Robert (service manager) was so helpful and kind. His recommendations were welcome and I was more than satisfied with the additions they made on my vehicle. They are a great bunch of guys!!

Dissapointed
I am extremely disappointed with Richard and the crew at MyAutoAdvantage. I bought a car there previously and had an excellent experience, so I thought I would give them my business this time also. I went in on Saturday September 6th and looked at a Jeep they had for sale. I told them I would get my financing on Monday and be back Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday morning at 8.00. The Jeep was still there, but apparently they had sold it Monday, and were waiting for that customer to come back from his bank with the financing. Not the best way to treat a repeat customer imho.

Greg we apologize that you were disappointed, sadly with the car business we have lots of customers that tell us that they will be back, we cannot hold cars for anyone without the legal purchasing paperwork. We hope you had great experiences with your previous purchases and if we can help in the future please don't let one misunderstanding keep you away
