DON’T WALK ………. RUN….. to a different dealership! Their reputation for crappiness is well warranted. I took a chance this time, and I wish I hadn’t. Once you’ve signed on the line, and are out the door with your vehicle, you can kiss even the smallest bit of customer service goodbye. True in my case, regardless of their assurance lol. Not even the curtesy of a return call, message, or email. I was aware of their poor reputation, so I had bought my previous Nissans at a neighboring dealership. Silly me, I took a chance with them (Nissan Mobile) this time, to avoid a drive to a different dealership that’s a little further away. Not a smart decision. I’ve bought many new cars over my lifetime. Nissan Mobile has hands down been the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. Not buyers remorse at all. But dealership remorse?? YES!! Spare yourself. *Note: Corey was pleasant, but as with the sales manager ….. no follow through. In spite of the sales department, Danny Kinard in financing was professional, timely, and pleasant to deal with.

I purchased a car from Tameron Nissan on April 11, 2025.
I purchased a car from Tameron Nissan on April 11, 2025. I had an appointment for 3:15pm. I was running late and arrived at 3:25pm. I was sent to Kameron and we went to his desk for him to pull up my information. We went out to look at the SUV that I was interested in and I test drove it. Because of the high mileage there was a financing issue. I expected that. I then test drive another car, but it didn't do anything for me. Kameron encouraged me to not settle and if he couldn't find me a satisfactory vehicle, it was alright. Jeremy the sales manager started that he knew exactly what would work for me and my budget. He then showed me a beautiful vehicle that was priced just right. I had to go pick up my child from practice and they slowed me to take the car for an extended test drive. Kameron texted to check if I liked the vehicle. My response was get the paperwork together. When I returned the paperwork was ready I signed and that was that. At 6:30pm I was on the interstate heard home. I was at the dealership for less than 2.5 hours. I was not pressured in any way. I felt like they really cared about me and my financial needs. I can not say enough about how professional and considerate the team of Kameron, Jeremy, and Ryan were to me. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I read some of the other reviews and I agree about some of the past practices. I have purchased vehicles from there when they were Bob Mandal Nssan, Pat Peck Nissan, Nissan of Mobile, and now Tameron Nissan and this experience was by far the best. I was at Pat Peck one time for 6 hours and I had a Credit score of over 700 at that time. I really enjoyed the car buying experience this time. I will certainly be back to purchase again.

Let me start off by saying, Asi, weather she is new or not, she is awesome! Very nice and very personable! Thanks girl! Now let's talk about what we were promised and what happened with this CASH sale. It took 5 hrs. to get this deal after we made the deal online with a salesperson, they tried to up the price by 3K and we weren't having it. So cool paid for the truck! Then we were told they are waiting for the OIL filter to come in, and they would call us to bring the truck back and they would change the oil for no charge, and she wrote it on a paper and drew a line for our signature to ensure we would get the oil change. No call or return call was made. LIES LIES LIES! Then we waited and waited for the salesperson to come give us the paperwork and tag, oh, hold on you have a tag, it's the Tameron Tag. No ma'am, I need the legal tag, oh that one will be just fine says the salesperson. Now where do i need to send the electronic paperwork to get you legal, we told her. Well, it never was sent electronically, it took 10 days for the tag office in Pensacola Florida to get this paperwork. I'm not really sure with ALL the bad reviews this place gets, how it stays in business. It's so sad. Please don't take the time to check them out. The manager is AWEFUL. They just wanted the money and nothing else matters. Very Sad!

I recently bought a car here.
I recently bought a car here. I had one feature I wanted changed in the car. It was late and they told me they would take care of it in the morning. I agreed. The next day they refused and told me because Alabama has no cooling off period I was stuck. They just out and out lied to me to get the car sold. If you must buy from this dealer make sure everything is exactly like you want it before you sign anything. If they can get away with something they will.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are the perfect example of why people hate shopping for cars. They changed their name but same crap service. I inquired about a specific vehicle twice and was told it was sold. A month later it was still online. I made arrangement to come and test drive the car. The morning I was suppose to show up they increased the price of the vehicle by $897 and told me I was going to have to pay an additional $750 to use outside financing. When I inquired about the price increase and said I had screen shots of the increase. I was agrily told to go shop elsewhere as the car had been sold. I have reported their behavior to the FTC and will continuing to report. I have also contacted the Alabama Attorney General for tied selling among other multiple violations of FTC rules. Malik Gunn was the only part about this experience that was pleasant.

Everyone was so super nice.
Everyone was so super nice. I had my 3 year old and 10 month old with me and while I was there the front desk man at the service desk offer my daughter coloring books and crayons. It was taking a while so later a nice lady in the offices gave my kids popsicles. The waiting room was comfortable and my service advisor Aaron was super friendly and explained everything well. Will definitely do my next service here!

The service department at Nissan of Mobile is top notch. My service advisor Erik O always greats me with a smile and by my name. Always inquires “how have you been”? Always explains what they did to my vehicle. He’s a valuable asset in my opinion. Keep up the great work Erik.
