I took my Nissan to have the oil changed 1/15/2022
The employees are always courteous and professional. The service is always good. I especially appreciate that they give you all the information you need to make the best decision for your vehicle.
It's a struggle
Went in for warranty service. Took 2 days. Just to get battery. Had to call four times. Never fixed recall issue. Not happy with difficult. To do business with.
I have never had a problem at Nissan of mobile. They do a great job and make sure I am always taken care of. H

Everything was done in less than a hour. I was very impressed because I have a Toyota Camry and have it serviced at Springhill Toyota I always have a appointment but it always takes 3 to 4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation so a big thumbs up to your service department and technicians. Erik is always very helpful and considerate of your time makes sure you are satisfied with your experience.

I work customer service, so I know about finessing a customer and situation to make them return. I will always return to a place where I get good customer service. They are slow, painfully slow, but Erik is so kind and honest. I can trust that he's going to call me the same day about my car. I always feel like I matter and will get good feedback on my vehicle from Erik. If he leaves, I leave. Real talk.

Horrible service department customer service
My husband scheduled a service appointment on Tuesday to have a simple diagnostic ran for a service light that was on in my Pathfinder. Later in the day, he was told that it wouldn't be done that day. When my husband asked why, since he had an appointment, he was told, "well that's just how our computer system is". He was told the diagnostic would be done Wednesday instead. He was told a call could be made for an uber or taxi ride home, but that was never done, and after waiting 45 minutes, my husband asked if the call had ever been made. It had not. He called our daughter for a ride home. The diagnostic was WAS NOT done on Wednesday, and my husband never received a call on Wednesday about the status. Now it is Thursday, and the vehicle is still at the dealership. I have never had this kind of treatment from a dealership. After reading lots of other negative reviews, I see that this is a regular occurrence at this dealership. Horrible customer service from the service department.

Recently had my 2017 Maxima 80,000 mile service...It was an easy and stress free experience bc of Erik. I personally think he is the BEST!

Best car service in town
Eric is great!!! When you need your car needs taking care of please go see him. He honest and trustworthy. He always make sure you know what exactly is going on with your car and what you need to do. He also let you know when your next major service is coming due so you can be prepared when you come into the shop. As long as I own a Nissan, I will go to Nissan of Mobile and see Eric and the crew.
