I had the worst experience ever at Nissan of mobile Aaron
I had the worst experience ever at Nissan of mobile Aaron in the service department was very unprofessional and he tried to beat me out of my money, my car went in having one problem and came back out and had three four more different problems

The dealership was clean and neat. They had different areas to sit and wait on my car. The employees were all pleasant and nice. Offered snacks or/and coffee while I waited. Excellent service.

Aaron was very unprofessional my car went in needing an
Aaron was very unprofessional my car went in needing an alternator and came out with two or three more problems and they said that it wasn't caused by something that they did, it took him over 3 weeks to get back with me about my car he went on vacation for a week and call me after his vacation was over, I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend this car lot to anybody

Accusatory attitude of mechanic on the video he sent me.
Accusatory attitude of mechanic on the video he sent me. He also couldn’t even find the screw in my tire, that even the advisor saw, that was the reason I was having to put air in that tire at least every other day. I had to take it to another shop which repaired my tire. He scolded me for not having certain repairs done per my maintenance schedule but many of these items were already completed and up to date.
