The entire process of establishing ourselves as new customers and getting plugged into a terrific service experience was seamless! Came in for coolant leak on Golf Alltrack, told it was

Came in for coolant leak on Golf Alltrack, told it was from loose hose clamp even though I stated was from another area. My research showed a common problem across all Golf models was water pump and thermostat housing. Went to another VW dealer who correctly identified and repaired the issue.

I've been leasing Volkswagens for about 25 years with

I've been leasing Volkswagens for about 25 years with consistently quick experiences at previous dealerships—in and out within an hour. However, Colonial VW was understaffed for the day in the finance department .The sales rep did all he could to usher me through the process despite the bottleneck with the finance department.
