I worked directly with Greg Cohen; he made this process seamless and super easy! I was able to call him when I seen the availability of a vehicle I was interested in and he was able to give me information ahead of time on the phone and set me up for an appointment the very next day! Once I looked at the vehicle and made a decision he had me driving home in my brand new Atlas within 2 days! Everyone I encountered during my leasing process was super professional and easy to work with! - Highly recommend!

Good Service

Express Service for headlight bulb on my Touareg. No appointment required. Service was fast and cost was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Masks required in their building which I appreciated. Had a good laugh when Service Writer said “Is that your silver Tiguan” To which I replied “That’s insulting, my rig is a Touareg”. He apologized and we both had a good laugh. He admitted that they rarely see Touaregs at this VW Dealership.

It is probably more expensive than your random mechanic,...

It is probably more expensive than your random mechanic, but they always do the job correctly and the customer service is top notch. I've been to other VW dealers that are closer to be house but returned to Colonial because of their service despite it being farther!

Very good experience. I brought my vehicle in for some definate items to fix and others that I was concerned about. Service tech reported back and gave me a quote for additional work and left it to me to decide but offered good advice.
