David was very friendly and helped me with all my needs! He got the price of the soul down to a reasonable price for me to manage and I am more than excited to drive away in my new soul! The service was awesome as always and everyone was very nice and willing to cooperate with everything we wanted!

Smooth, Pressure-Free Sale
All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable, and my sales person David Williams was a wealth of information without pressuring me for a sale. He also had a nice sense of humor. The entire process went smoothly, and I left there as a satisfied customer with a car I am happy to own.

KIA Soul purchase, a darn good deal for me!
I went to Lithia because Cars.com said they had a used Nissan Murano, the model/vehicle I had my mind set on buying. I was greeted by David Williams as I get out of my vehicle. I had read many reviews recommending him, so I was pleased to talk to him. He showed me the Murano which had just been turned in and hadn't been cleaned yet...I don't think they keep used cars on the car lot -- not sure, but it didn't have the CVT transmission that I had my heart set on. My daughter bought a KIA some years back and told me this brand didn't have any muster -- no get up and go, but David assured me the technology for KIA's have changed. I felt like Goldilocks -- I looked at the Sorrento -- too big, the Sportster too small -- and then he told me about the rig he was driving - a Soul. It looked like a sporty little box, but he had a lot to say about what I was looking for, so I took went for it -- even had a trendy but classic color called Latte' brown -- a few features weren't what I had in mind, but overall, it was the same price, brand new, as the 5 year old Nissan model I wanted. I decided to take his word -- he comes across very trustworthy and honest -- no pressure -- laid back -- answered all my questions and a few more I should've thought of and he did -- it just made good sense. Because this is a 5 star rated vehicle, my insurance was quite nominal -- my old truck 15 years old -- no comprehensive for it, and the new -- not much more. A good deal for me. Even better, he found a lending institution that offered a lending rate lower than mine - at 2.25% in a matter of two hours. So whole deal took around 4 hours, and I was in no rush, on a Sunday afternoon. I'd say look up David Williams if you want to buy a KIA, he's sold on them. For now, I'm not sure, but if he's right, I won't be surprised!

Purchasing a new vehicle
During my car shopping hunt I decided to stop in at Lithia Kia of Anchorage. Chris Mathis greeted me right away. I explained to Chris exactly what I was looking for and he did a great job of showing me what I wanted. After searching many dealerships, I found the car I wanted. Chris did an amazing job of making me feel at ease and the experience fun. I got the car I wanted for a great price. Mr. David Williams is an amazing sales consultant! I went in on Saturday in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle and David made it such an easy and quick experience. I highly recommend him to everyone! He doesn't pressure you in anyway, is very informative, and honestly listens and helps you find exactly what you are looking for! Pleasantly surprised by KIA
I was pleasantly surprised by KIA. The company has improved the quality of its vehicles tremendously in the last few years. Our 2005 KIA Sorrento (my husband had purchased it before we met) needed to be replaced and we were referred to Chris Mathis at Lithia KIA. I didn't really want another KIA, but couldn't ignore the price, so we decided to give them another chance. We had a great experience! Chris listened to what we needed - something smaller than the Sorrento with better gas mileage, but still big enough for our family. He pointed us to the Soul. My first impression was that it was too boxy, but after we took a test drive I was hooked. It is much roomier than it looked from the outside and gets great gas mileage: about 28 mpg in town and up to 34 mpg on the highway. It's smaller than the Sorrento, but still has enough room to fit our car seat, stroller, groceries, or small deliveries for work. Chris and the rest of the team at Lithia did a great job of getting us in and out as quickly as possible and were not aggressive or disrespectful as we negotiated price (my least favorite part of buying a car), interest rate, trade-in value, credit insurance, etc. We have already referred a few family members and friends who are looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle.

New 2015 Sorento
My wife and I want to thank David Williams. and the entire staff at Lithia Kia of Anchorage for an outstanding purchasing experience. I've now pic has ed my second kia and am truly amazed at how attentive the staff is in service as well as on the floor. I had the pleasure of working with David Williams and hope that he is there the next time I wish to upgrade. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't have the answers he was sure to get them. I purchased a 2014 Kia optima and could not be happier!!! It's everything I was looking for and more. I came back the next day and had the pleasure of getting taught by Gabe how to fully use all that my car had to offer! I will be back!!!!! If anyone is looking for a used or new car I highly recommend going to Lithia Kia of Anchorage! Talk to David Williams he won't let you down!
