Changed my outlook on buying a car!
We have all tried sneaking around a car dealership so as not to get "attacked" by a car sales person. I have had some bad experiences in the past but here at Lithia Kia of Anchorage they have a warm and inviting atmosphere. Chris Mathis was wonderful and actually made my car buying experience wonderful. I didn't feel pressured what so ever and he was able to find me exactly what I wanted and more that fit well whithin my budget. If you're dreading going out to find a vehicle and stuck behind your comuter surfing the web because you dont want to feel pressured into the wrong vehicle like I was, Chris Mathis is your guy. I am so happy I made this purchase and that I was able to find the joy in it I never knew was possible!!

Great experience.
I went to Lithia Kia on a whim and drove off with a new Kia Sorento! I was very happy with the vehicle I drove in with, but found myself on an unexpected test drive and realized I needed that Sorento! Ed Rais is awesome! He's extremely knowledgable of the product and drives a Kia (as does his wife), he's polite, nice and friendly and has the patience of a saint! Ed took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and gave me an overview of all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, I've had an unpleasant experience previously with another salesperson, but Ed made all those memories fade away and replaced them with a great experience. Thanks Ed!

As a sales representative, Ed Raise was a consummate professional as he walked me through the process of buying a new Kia. From setting me up with a test drive, answering all of my questions about the new technology and explaining the different finance options, Ed was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He made the experience of buying a car as stress free as it could possibly be. I love my new Kia. For the money, I don't think that you can find a better built and engineered car. I had considered buying a Suburu, but Ed definitely made me a true believer in Kia, and I've been very happy with the way my new car has performed since owning it.

Excellent Everything
I went to Lithia Kia of Anchorage after shopping around for cars at a few other dealerships. Not impressed with the barter the other dealerships were offering, I stopped by Lithia to see where they fell into the scheme of things. After just pulling into the lot and assessing a few cars on the line, David walked up and offered his assistance. I was fed up with other salesmen trying to pressure me into buying a car so was hesitant to accept his help. He quickly assured me that I was under no pressure to buy a car and he had no plans to make me leave his lot with a set of keys in my hand. After taking the car for a test-drive we started to get the ball rolling. Lithia was fast and efficient and did not go back and forth offering higher prices than I said I was willing to pay. It turns out I did in fact leave their dealership that day with a previously owned 2013 Toyota Corolla. I love the car and the service was great. David was fabulous and has outstanding customer service! Jeremy in their finance department was also a wonderful help. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get straight to business and doesn't want to be taken advantage of, while also receiving excellent customer service in the process.

Great work and great shop supervisor manager
The appointment people are tremendous bit the guy and the gal. Kind folks and helpful. The service dept manager might be a very hardworking saint. The car is a gem of a car. Only one minor suggestion: in taking things out of glove boxes to replace cabin air filters it would be a better choice not to strew them about such that on opening the car door stuff can fall out. Minor point and added only so you know our evaluation is a real 10 not just a click it off 10. Great dealership. Wonderful repair shop.
