Great Salesman
I came to Lithia Kia looking for a new car.... I left with the vehicle of my dreams and also a new friend. My salesman (Michael Martella) was not only informative but also kind and really made me feel at home. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and also let me take the vehicle on a test drive to my children to get there vote of approval!! P.S. I couldnt be happier and would recommend Mike and Kia to anyone.

Honest, personal and not fake
I had the pleasure of going into the Anchorage Lithia Kia yesterday to try and find a used vehicle. Although I didn't find one in my budget I was extremely happy with my salesmen and the floor supervisor. This was the 5th dealership I had been to. Both Mike Martella and Mark Flothe were honest kind, not pushy, not sleezy and seemed to actually care that I get a vehicle I like and could afford. I wish they had a vehicle in my budget because they deserve my business and yours.

Amazing Experience & Awesome Service ? 2014 Optima
Couldn?t have asked for a better car buying experience. Both salesman and the rest of the Kia Lithia team went far beyond my expectation in not only making sure I love my new Optima but that I love my new forever dealership. Got a great used SUV
I was in the market for a used SUV. I was looking for months online and used car lots hoping to secure one before winter set in. Having a quality safe SUV for my family is paramount. Mr. Dave Williams from Lithia KIA of Anchorage sent me a text informing me of what he believes to be the best deal on the lot, a used SUV he believes would be the perfect fit for me and my family. I looked at the SUV he recommended and sure enough it was a perfect fit. Beautiful and in excellent condition. I drove off the lot with my SUV that day. My kids were happy! Finally, the answer to my wishes of finding a safe quality vehicle in excellent condition was concluded. Mr Dave Williams kind consideration and insight helping match mine and my family?s needs with a safe and classy SUV was after all the perfect match. Thank you Mr. Williams!!!

Terrible repair
The promise of great customer service and quality repair are a joke. The receptionist is quite pleasant but the mechanics are unknowlegable. Our van was returned to us with a crooked bumper and the headlight was under the hood. I informed the supervisor e that I was not satisfied he then explained to me that kias are not like BMW's where parts actually fit the vehicles. They were actually trying to sell me on thier bad workmanship.

Informative Salesman - I Love my Sorento
My husband and I saw an ad on TV for the KIA Sorento and we really like the way it looks. So we decided to go check one out. I hate car shopping, the whole process makes me nervous. The salesman, James was friendly and very informative he put me at ease. If he was presurring us to buy I couldn't tell! When it came time to negotiate we told him what we were willing to pay for the car, what we could afford each month and that we wanted to go home and think about it over night. What do you think he did? He simply asked us to schedule a time the next day to come back and see him and gave us his business card. We left and went to Mcdonalds and decided we couldn't wait until the next day. We went back and bought the Sorento we had picked out. It's Awesome and has so much more technology and safety equipment than our old car. Our payments are a little more than we wanted but way worth it, I Love my Sorento SXL! The next day James called and asked if we had any questions about how things like our bluetooth works. A few days later we got a thank you card from James in the mail. Its been about a month since we bought our Sorento and James called us today just to see how we are doing. That is why I decided to write this review. Thank you James Lintz for caring about us after the sale. To be fair there was really only one problem with our buying process...the ladies room at the dealership was not very clean and smelled terrible.
