I purchased a brand new car that required very little

I purchased a brand new car that required very little sales I knew what I wanted. all I needed was my plates over a month they still have not arrived. called two times wont let me speak to anyone. Also purchased a new key fob for my other Buick. it wasnt in stock so I paid for it and they were supposed to mail it to me. last time I called they have 1 in stock and no one has mailed me mine!

I have tried 4 times the person that answered the phone sends a message to the lead sales rep... No call back I have changed my phone in system so they stop calling my husband phone and nothing. He got a call from my salesman yesterday and he told him he was making sure the paperwork was submitted yesterday.. it has been a month why was it not submitted? I paid cash

Andy at Royal Buick GMC is amazing.

Andy at Royal Buick GMC is amazing. He is honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Andy is a great sales representative and I will definitely return to him. Trey, Amanda and Yanira also played key roles in my experience at Royal Buick Automall. They too, were fun, personable and helpful. The customer service that we received was above and beyond. The people who work at the dealership are all very nice.

The people who work at the dealership are all very nice. My issue is that it takes forever to get an appointment. When I call the recording tells me to go on the website to schedule and appt and the choices are often two months out. If I call and leave a message I might get a call back in a few days but often no return call at all.

Like the Sales department the Service department is great, friendly and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with purchasing from GMC. My kids enjoy the waiting area, very comfortable and kid friendly.

Martin was great!

Martin was great! Got in the car we wanted in no time at the right prices. We were about to drive to phoenix to buy a car but Martin at royal cadillac took care of us and saved us a trip.
