Royal Cadillac is the best. I’m a returning customer simply because of the customer service. They always do what is right. Nick was amazing to work with, he is knowledgeable and kind. He made the buying process quick and effortless. Would certainly recommend him to assist you with your next purchase.

I’ve never had a better car-buying experience! Jose and his team were incredible—easy to work with, transparent, and genuinely supportive. They provided multiple financial comparisons, explained everything clearly, and helped me make the most informed decision. Throughout the process, I felt respected, cared for, and confident that they had my best interests at heart. I couldn’t imagine a smoother experience and highly recommend Jose and the Royal Buick team to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy dealership!

My wife and I went to Royal Cadillac of Tucson (also known as Tucson Cadillac) in December of 2024 with the intention of buying a new Cadillac XT4. The salesman was an early 20's gym rat that they literally recruited from a local gym where he had been selling memberships. He could not offer any useful information on the vehicles and had difficulty identifying inventory or finding vehicles. The used car team low balled our trade in and offered just enough to be considered a down payment, we kept that vehicle and are selling it ourselves. They provided our information to a third party lender without our consent or knowledge who called and texted us during the buying process telling us we were pre-approved for a loan. The salesman stated that they we would have to pay $1688 for a paint and interior protection product that had been applied and stated the charge could not be removed because the product had already been applied, when I asked what they put on the car he could not tell me. Later it showed up as $1688 for an add on warranty and nothing had been applied. The general manager told me they sucker everyone into buying the protection after I had him remove the charge. The salesman attempted to sell a $5700 extended warranty by telling us that the gage cluster on the XT4 was $10K and that Royal was going to charge another $10K to install it and they go out regularly so we better buy the warranty. Not really instilling confidence in Cadillac quality or Royal service department. We eventually purchased a 2023 XT4 with a different gage and entertainment system. The vehicle was a loaner vehicle with 3000 miles, and the salesman stated that they would detail and have the vehicle checked by the service department before delivery but then stated the vehicle was ready for delivery and hour later after a quick wash (done poorly) and no vehicle inspection. The salesman was proud that that didn't have a finance department, and he was going to assist with the finance paperwork jimself. We got a call two days later that he messed up the numbers and we would have to sign new finance paperwork. We took the car back and contacted GM to let them know what a poor dealership Royal Cadillac is operating. After 3 weeks I had to contact GM as they had not responded. They said that they couldn't do anything about poor sales at the dealerships they only cared about the service department. We drove 7 hours to Santa Fe and purchased a Cadillac from Santa Fe Cadillac.

From start to finish Nick was hands down the best

From start to finish Nick was hands down the best salesman I have worked with. The full experience was amazing. Drove from NM and it was well worth it. Great job!!

Jake Mullen was a stand in for Martin. I really appreciated all of the help and information Martin provided me. Being a first time buyer, Martin made me feel very comfortable and welcome. He answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with.

I want to thank MaryLou Monroe our sales representative, she was wonderful. She did everything I has asked for and then some. Very professional and made you feel like you were special. She even had to change somethings for us for our preference with no problem. I had a couple of minor problems with my Cadillac that she got the reconditioning manager involved to have our problems fixed. I work for another dealer in town and have to say you guys have the right stuff. The sales managers Scott and Joe were great, always helpful. The service advisor Anthony was great with all he did for me. Even the service manager Jim Bingham came out to help me. Mr. Weitman, you have a great team and please thank them for us. Car was not detailed, also did not have a full tank of gas, and oil life was at 48%. I may be a GM retiree and will always purchase a GM car but were I make my next purchase will depend on the condition that I receive my car.

The absolute best of the best service experience I have

The absolute best of the best service experience I have ever recieved. Ryan and Brian are the most exceptional consultants. I had no appointment and they gladly helped me because I was going on a trip the following week. This dealership will never, under any circumstances lose my business! I will always buy from Royal, they take excellent care of their customers!!! 😊
