My girlfriend owns a Yukon. We drive an hour and a half to service here. She always has. She bought the vehicle here. bought the extended warranty. The sales part went fine. The last 4 service visits, however, have been garbage. I've listened to her on the phone asking that things be looked at. Her Yukon has the kid view mirror and the clips broke so it hangs down a bit. Simple fix. Easy hour or two of labor. 2 times, I have listened to her ask that it be added to the order when she made the appointment. We get there and it isn't. We ask the writer that it be added. Never gets done. She asks that things be done and they don't get done. Billable hours of labor turned down. We ask for estimates on the amount of time the service will take when we make the appointment and whether or not we need to leave the vehicle. The receptionist has no clue, nor should they, but where is the break down coming from when we ask that the service writer call us and let us know so we can plan for a rental car or two cars driving up if it's going to take a few days? No call. Never. Not once. The time before last, we had to rent a car due to a lack of communication leading to us not being able to plan and bring a second vehicle. Thankfully, after a conversation with a manager, we were comped for the ordeal. But, now we come up for service again and no call, despite a request. Hey, 70k service. I know we might need to leave it to give you time. Call us so we can plan. No call. So. You won't be doing the 70k or any other service. We won't be trading in there, when the time comes. All for lack of communication. For want of a nail, the kingdom was lost.

We had an alignment done on our 2018 GMC Canyon.
We had an alignment done on our 2018 GMC Canyon. Two months later i notice the outside right tire is nearly bald! I had it checked at another dealer as I was out of town. The alignment was way out and the left tire was "cupping" requiring it to also be replaced. The alignment and two tires cost me nearly $1,000. I asked RBG of Tucson about this and did not even get a response. Very disappointed!

The absolute best of the best service experience I have ever recieved. Ryan and Brian are the most exceptional consultants. I had no appointment and they gladly helped me because I was going on a trip the following week. This dealership will never, under any circumstances lose my business! I will always buy from Royal, they take excellent care of their customers!!! 😊

This is our third consecutive vehicle purchase with Royal of Tucson. Your sales people in our experiences have been great, we have been using the same Service Advisor with success and will continue. Your telephone service needs some attention. Not a new problem. We (and others) have been passed off unsuccessfully during times of need. Phoned once to Buick/GMC and was transferred to the Cadillac desk, which was not being staffed.. Please investigate.

Ahmad and Mike are always helpful. There have been times I have had to return to ask about one thing or another and am always treated .with respect even if the questions were operator error. I want to mention Susan and Beth. They are the greeters. They do a heck of a job. I am willing to bet some of the folks they come into contact with are having a bad day but they make it a brighter day.
