Jose and the Manager Scott delivered the, hands-down, best dealer experience I’ve had. Both of these guys took the time to dive into my specific needs and what I was looking for. My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle. We stopped by the Royal Buick GMC dealership. We were greeted by Scott Abbott. Before Scott showed us any vehicles, we sat down with him and discussed our needs, wants, and price range that we would be comfortable affording. Scott then reviewed his inventory and found two options that might fit our needs, wants, and price. After looking at both options, Scott took us for a test ride in the car that we thought was best for us. Although, we did not buy the vehicle, Scott did not pressure us at all.

Great place to buy a car bought my past two cadillacs
Great place to buy a car bought my past two cadillacs from them be careful though they say they are not commissioned sales but they do get paid per how many cars they sell. As always stay vigilant when going to dealerships get everything in writing and make sure you get what is promised. All that being said i do have no issues with this dealership would recommend

At 3 weeks I am still waiting to hear about the rubber
At 3 weeks I am still waiting to hear about the rubber sealer around the drivers side of the car. I recognize there is a strike. But this happened AT THE DEALERS, it was not there when I first saw the car. And it is getting worse. Can I have a time line when to expect this? I had a miserable experience a number of years ago when I bought a new Enclave. Please communicate the plan to me, so I can have some confidence that I am dealing with a dealership that actually follows through on commitments that were made at time of sale.
