Excellent Service

The ladies in charge of the service department did an excellent job making me satisfied. My car had a shake after a oil change and they came and picked it up and delivered it back after correcting balance issue. This was simple and convenient for my busy schedule.

Covert Cadillac Service is Great!!!

The staff at Covert are so kind, friendly and nice. Especially Nathan Kaiser my representative who assists me and whom I am assigned to. They always check my car and tell me what is needed to maintain it. I do trust them with the maintenance of my vehicle. .Janra Powell

Great Proactive Service!!!

Great experince with service manager (Jason Wolk)as service was done with all requested items but he went above and beyond in noticing something and making sure that was corrected.

Great service

Need to replace break pads and rotors. Adam was great to work with!! Left my garage door opener in the loaner car and he was very responsive in letting me know and having it ready for me when I went back up to the dealership!

Great service, very efficient operation

I am VERY pleased with my recent service in my 2014 SRX. I was able to schedule service with one day notification(I was expecting it to take several days for an opening), my routine maintenance was taken care of along with slow leaks in two tires caused by road debris. Jennifer Martinez, my service representative met me as I drove up, confirmed the maintenance to be completed and arranged for my loaner. She called later with an update and when I could pick up the car. She was excellent and further validated why I take my Cadillac to Covert Cadillac.
