Great service
My service experience went well thanks to my service writer, Jennifer Martinez. I had scheduled a service appointment using Covert Cadilac's web site. I called the morning of the scheduled appointment and was told that the service request was not received. Jennifer was able to arrange it so that I was able to keep the original day and time. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the engine light was on and the car would not start. Jennifer retirieved my loaner car for me again and said she would take care of everything. She was told on initial inspection that service was not able to duplicate the concern. Jennifer convinced the service dept. that there was indeed a problem and they needed to keep searching. The problem was identified and resolved. During this time frame Jennifer kept me up to date with what was going on. I cannot express my thanks for the help Jennifer Martinez provided.

Breath of Fresh Air
Cory and the Covert Cadillac team are as good as it gets. I spent two months trying to find a specific year/make/model, and happened to find one at Covert Cadillac through an online listing. From the minute Cory answered my call I knew that this would be an honest experience. Kind, straightforward, and devoid of any ridiculous sales trickery that I had the displeasure of dealing with elsewhere. Worked with my schedule to make sure the process was as easy as it could be for me (even missed his son's tee-ball game, which I feel terrible about!). Cannot speak more highly of him. Once we decided to move forward Jerry made the financing experience effortless, thoroughly explaining each option and document before signing. While I intend to hold on to this vehicle for some time, there's no doubt that Covert Cadillac will be the first place I look for its replacement. A+.

Excellent experience
We recently leased a 2016 escalade from Covert. Everything about our experience leasing the escalade was an absolute pleasure. The environment is friendly and relaxed, the inventory was impressive, and Joe took great care of us throughout the whole process. It was a wonderful experience!

How the car buying experience is supposed to be...
Sold my vehicle to Cory and had such a pleasant experience I gave him a chance to earn my business. Drove several cars and Cory went above and beyond in finding for exactly what I wanted. After a few days of looking, he found exactly what I was looking for. The transaction was easy, painless and quick (less than an hour at the dealership). I've walked away from several dealerships due to a less than ideal experience, Cory understands that and works (harder than most) to make sure you are treated as a customer should be. I will certainly recommend Cory to others and give him first shot on my next vehicle purchase. He is very much about building relationships and the experience! Jeff S.
