Amazing Customer Service.

Amazing customer service, and amazing staff. They were very helpful, and got the price for the car I wanted into acceptable range in no time. 5/5 Stars for these guys. Recommend this place to anyone!

Finally got price lowered to where I wanted it

I got the vehicle at around the price I wanted but had to negotiate for almost 2.5 hours. Sales staff was friendly but the sales manager didn't want to give in at the price I wanted to pay. That process was frustrating. They finally got it where i wanted it but it was a struggle. Kudos to Brandon for hanging in there for me.

Awesome service from Justin and Allen

What can normally be a head-throbbing experience was so well handled by salesman Justin Ortega and sales manager Allen Salyers. These two made the process relaxing and actually enjoyable. Love my car and love it even more that I received such great service

Wonderful experience!

Truly wonderful new car buying experience. This is saying something, as in my experience, car-salesmen are less popular than Dentists! The sales staff at Grapevine Dodge/Jeep were friendly, low-key, no-pressure, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I bought my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 from these folks & have had all maintenance done by Grapevine Dodge. They have done great work & have treated me well on every occasion. I will buy my next truck from them. When I ware this one out.

Great Dealership and Repair Facility

We bought our 2010 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited here in 2010. I have since had preventive maintenance and minor repairs conducted here. I now have a good basis from which to write a review. The buying process that we experienced was the best of any of our car-buying at other dealers. The amount we settled on was indeed what we paid; no last minute "gotchas" or shady tricks--we appreciated the integrity and respect that was shown us. The repairs that I've had done as well as the preventive maintenance gave been much better than what I've experienced at other grand dealerships and independent shops. Pricing was fair and again, no surprises.

Ram 1500 Express

We had a good time with the guys at Grapevine. The buying process doesn't have to be torture, these guys are awesome. Go ahead and give them a hard time, they can take it.

Long Drive for Nothing

I live about a 2.5 hour drive from this location and called about a used truck for my son. Called on a Friday morning to verify the truck was still available and told salesman what time to expect me that day (had to work Friday morning, so couldn't leave until afternoon). Called salesman before I left Tyler to update him on arrival time. Spoke to him about 10 minutes before arrival. Was informed by salesman when I arrived that truck just sold. Told salesman I was upset, not at him, but for the wasted time and money. About a 3.25 hour drive thru traffic back home. Wasted about 7 hours of time and $60.00 in fuel.

Grapevine Dodge is the BEST in the DFW Area

08/13/2014 My wife and I decided we were ready to trade in her 2010 Chevy Traverse, we went to Grapevine Ford and were approved (so they say) we picked out a 2015 Ford Taurus (not her first pick) so we decided we would look around and we looked on line and she noticed the 2015 Dodge Charger.. She was taken aback.. We went up to Grapevine Dodge and test drove the Dodge Durango as well as the Charger and she decided on the Charger. Brandon our salesman, was AWESOME! He worked on some numbers about 10 or 15 minutes.. came back with good news.. a small down payments with the trade (that had a lot of negative equity in it) we could and did drive off the lot that day. Honestly, I think we spent maybe an hour and a half there total.. This included test drives, financing ect.. Scott (Finance Manager) took his time and shopped for us the best deal. Before signing all the paperwork he asked several times if we were 110% satisfied. At Grapevine Dodge they make you feel at home, they take their time with you and NEVER rush you.. I have been buying new cars for the past 10 years and this was by far the BEST SERVICE EVER!

2014 Wrangler Rubicon

I purchased a Wrangler Rubicon on 8/9. Great price on the Jeep, process was smooth, John was great to work with as was Alan. Crazy to say but we actually had fun. YMMV, but we had an excellent experience. I have been through about 5 different car dealerships in the last 10 years purchasing / leasing cars, this was my best experience. I have already recommended this dealer to colleagues.
