Grapevine Chryser/Dodge/Jeep/RAM

This was my first time here as I just acquired my Jeep. I brought it in because of a recall that I got. The people I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. I will definitely bring my Jeep back to them if I need to.

I had never been to this dealership before so I didn't know what to expect. I went in and met someone that introduced me to Eddy, the service person I was to deal with. Eddy was fantastic! He let me know about every step my car was undergoing. Since I hadn't had it serviced in quite a while there was a lot to do. He told me what I needed done and what I could put off. He was fantastic. So were the service personnel. It's like driving a new car. I'm very happy with the service here and won't take my car anywhere else.

The people at Dodge Grapevine are awesome. I wanted a new Jeep Cherokee and everybody kept turning me down due to credit issues, but Mitch and Allen at Dodge helpede get in my new car. Love that place!

Overall GREAT, Dennis Thomas was able to change, fix or correct anything we wanted in our new jeep purchase. We were so happy with the quality of care, prices, service from entire dealership and quickness of the purchasing process that my daughter bought another jeep at the same time. They were able to locate and deliver the Jeep we wanted with all the extras in a matter of a couple of days, we go in sign papers with good interest rates and drive out quickly We have been getting our business and personal vehicles from Dennis and Grapevine Dodge for over ten years and plan on returning when we need another even though they are an 8 hour drive one way!

My 1998 Jeep Cherokee has been serviced twice. I have been pleased with the help of Peggy Chaney who gave me an early evaluation and estimated cost (for several problems) which was accurate after a full evaluation was done. She also arranged for me to have a free car as the work took several days to complete. She was honest and informative and considerate of my situation. The other staff were helpful but I did not have as much contact with them.

The process was flawless went there to check some pre owned jeep and few hours later drove home in a brand new car! Ron The salesman made my experience excellent! If you are looking to update your ride give them a shot and ask of Ron!

Most cars have dealer adds now days. So get over it. I had very positive experience at this dodge dealer. Price was very competitive and they didn't okay any games. Finance was excellent as well. Would send everyone to this place.
