Ridicules

Contacted internet depart regarding a new Unlimited. Was sent an email with the cost of the vehicle. Sales person later contacted us and informed us that indeed the price quoted was the cost of the vehicle and wanted to know when when we could make it in. A couple of days later we spent the entire afternoon with the sales person only to find out the the cost was not the 'actual' price. They added silly items, like locking lug nuts, for 16" steal wheels, window tint (way over priced) and other inconsequential items that amounted to the sum of about $1200. These 'dealer added options' were never included in any email or prior conversations. Though the email did specifically say, as do the websites, price does not included dealer added options, it should have been conveyed during the phone conversations when asked specifically if the price received was the out the door cost of the vehicle. The final numbers they presented offered us $4K less for our trade than ANYONE else had, to this point, offered us. The sales person kept insisting that all of the updates to the new Jeep were such a great improvement over our current model, JK, that it really was a great deal and we should focus on that and not the trade allowance. We got up to leave so the sales person ran off to retrieve his Sales Manger. The Sales Manger, Chad, reiterated what a great deal we were receiving. He insisted they really wanted to do business with us, but yet failed to acknowledge that this was not as good a deal, as he believed. Needless to say we departed and have since purchased a new Jeep from another local dealership.

Worst Attempted Car Buying Experience Ever!

Was interested in purchasing a wrangler unlimited from this dealership. Took 2 weeks for a sales person to actually call me back, then all they wanted to do was play the car game. They should just put a sign up on the dealership saying "Let the Games Begin!" I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Take heed in the ratings for this dealership.

Excellent team! Genuine and educative!

When I came to just check out a truck, I had no idea that I would be driving it off the lot that same day. Everyone was genuinely kind and also very patient and helped to educate me on pros and cons of purchasing cars in different financial aspects. Needless to say, they made it happen and I could not be any happier and satisfied with my new truck and the staff's help to go above and beyond to help me achieve what I thought was unlikely. Thank you guys!

Beware of added charges

I went in yesterday to buy a Jeep. I was told that I could get 0 percent interest and the only fees would be tax, title and liscense. When I got back to financing, there were charges added on that were not agreed upon. When I asked about the charges, I was told everyone has to pay them. I already had the coverage with my insurance company with the exception of spill protection. It's a jeep with holes in the floor, why do I need that? Buyers beware of added charges!

Poor selection and bought at Huffines for price and service.
