Salesperson was nice but their finance team pretended to

Salesperson was nice but their finance team pretended to have never seen or heard of an approval letter, forced me into using their own loans. Their inspection report said the car horn was working fine but went to use it and the fuse was blown. Was promised a full detailed cleaning since they didn’t have a chance to clean the car before selling to me but I’ve called a handful of times, emailed the sales team and keep getting crickets or being told they can’t schedule without talking to their supervisor and then the call drops or the supervisor is unavailable when they transfer me to them.

Love, Love, Love this dealership! Nicholas Bailey, Logan Novak, Justin Robb and Brian Wall all made my experience an A+++. The attention and explanations and followthrough and the follow-up were outstanding. This crew has earned my referral to friends, family, co-workers, strangers, etc., for life. My experience at AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley was LEVELS above my experience when I purchased a custom ordered BMW while in Germany!! Guys, thanks for making the process super smooth and comfortable for a female who came in by herself (well, + girlfriend). I feel comfortable coming by or calling with any questions I may have about my Honda. I am loving my new Honda.

These guys are great!

These guys are great! Quick nice clean efficient. But…. I made a huge mistake. They had my car all day just for an oil change. They never called to say it was ready and when I called to check it went to VM. So I just showed up at closing time and they said it was ready for pick up 6 hrs earlier. I left frustrated. HOWEVER it turns out Casey DID call with his VM showing up on my phone the next day! No clue why Verizon glitch creates this. So my accusing the service team of not communicating was wrong. It was not their fault! I felt terrible because they WAIVED THE SERVICE FEE due to what they thought was their error. I have called ( three times) and left a VM for Mitch to thank them, explain and offer PAY my what I owe! Sadly no call back🫤. I guess I’ll just have stop by and pay in person. And apologize (I was kinda rude).

Great service!

Needed an oil change and overall check-up for my Honda CRV - AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley did a great job! Automated scheduling worked well as do their text reminders. Service techs were cheerful, caring, and good communicators. Made sure I was comfortable in the lounge and my car was ready to go before I was! More than fair price, too. I'll certainly be back for other service needs.

New Honda CRV

I brought my car in to have it worked on and decided I needed a new car. I was able to test drive immediately and beging the car buying process. They worked with me on what price I was comfortable with for monthly payments and I drove away with an amazing new car.
