I've only owned this car a few hours and I already know that I've gotten a great deal. Not only did I have no credit, no co signer, no down payment, and a trade in that would actually only carry over more onto the new loan but he went way above the rest and offered me an amount for my trade in I only dreamed of. He really did everything he could to get me into this vehicle at a payment/price I wanted. I walked away extremely happy knowing that I made a great deal. I would recommend this dealership to any and every one I know.

After looking at several cars locally and on the internet, I drove to Solid Rock Auto from my home near Erie, PA. I had a list of 6 cars that I had researched and I wanted to look at in the Akron/east Cleveland area. Solid Rock Auto Group was the first stop on my list. Dan was outside and greeted me when I got out of my car. He said he knew who I was by my trade-in I was driving. Dan went over the virtues of the Subaru Outback with me, gave me the keys and I took it for a drive. I was satisfied with the car except I had a few concerns, mainly the outside remote mirrors didn't work. Someone had stolen the drivers sun visor and as a result shorted the wires out, blowing the common fuse. Dan retrieved some tools and immediately repaired the wiring, and replaced the fuses. When we were satisfied with the repair we went inside and agreed on a deal. I drove the car home with no issues and my wife is very happy with her 'new' Outback. I have since pestered Dan with a few questions that he immediately sought answers to and got back to me quickly. Dan has also ordered a new sun visor to be delivered to my home that I will install myself. Thank you Dan and the Solid Rock family for an issue free sale. I look forward to future business with you and I will look here first for my next purchase.

Was in the market for a used truck for a while. Every time I talked to a car dealer, it was like they didn't even want to do business with me. I thought I would never find what I was looking for. Until I found Solid Rock Auto Group. I called and talked to the owner Dan and as soon as I got off the phone, I knew this was it! Was very polite and willing to work with my price range. He went above and beyond to get me any information I had requested about the truck and was pleasant to work with. I am from Cincinnati so it was about a 4 hour drive to the dealership. At first I was just a little nervous that when I got there the truck wouldn't have been as described or he wouldn't honor the price we talked about. This WAS NOT the case at all. The truck was just as he described with no problems what so ever and he honored the price he gave me on the phone. Truly a great business man. His mechanic was fixing a small leak in the radiator and accidentally broke the radiator. Knowing I had driven from Cincinnati, Dan dropped everything he was doing and focused his attention on putting a new radiator in the truck. Had it done within a few hours and had us on our way. Anytime I need a used car, this is the place I will be going. No questions asked. If you are considering buying a car from Solid Rock, don't hesitate or look any further. They will take care of you! We were looking for a suv type vehicle and stopped at solid rock and looked at the Jeep. Scott was not pushy at all . We continued on looking for what we wanted. We spent 2 weeks looking at SUVs and very pushy salesmen. We talked about the SUV and Scott and ended up going back to Solid Rock. I feel he was more honest with us as we need a SUV that will tow our boat. Every sales man said this will tow your boat and we looked it up and no it will not. I have never been to a dealership that conducts business with so much integrity and patience. Dan answered all of my questions very nicely and honestly and spent the time (about 2 hours!) discussing the vehicle and the car buying process with me. He even brought the car to the garage area and had the car lifted up so that I could see the under side of the vehicle and look how much rust there was. When test driving the vehicle, he gave me the keys and told me to have some fun - no questions asked. What I will say is this: I actually ended up NOT getting a car from them. Even then, they were extremely cordial and their prices are more than fair. I really hope I do get to do some business with them because I had such a positive experience.

Looking for a goo used truck had plenty to choose from. Found one I wanted no high pressure nonsense. Traded in old car and had new 1 off the lot within 30 min. of deciding I wanted it. Didn't try selling add ons asked and took no thanks for an answer. Would definitely buy from here again
