Fowler VW

Salesman were very friendly. Mileage was misrepresented. Was not informed about dent in roof of car. Computers were down, had to wait for over an hour for the buying process.

Purchased a car from Fowler VW last night. Ben James sold us the car, but all the staff was great. Because we were buying a Kia from their used car line, he didn't know all the features of it, but was quick to tell us he wasnt sure instead of just pretending he knew. I LOVED THAT! I didn't feel at all like I was being haggled. It was a truly great experience and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

After researching the performance compact segment, I settled on buying a Volkswagen GTI. I went to Fowler VW and got great customer service from every single employee I encountered. My salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I was ready to trade in my vehicle, everything was handled quickly and easily. Never before have I had such a fantastic experience with a dealer. I was treated with copious amounts of courtesy and respect. I'll gladly be returning there for all of my routine maintenance and any future purchases.

This dealership is sooo clean! Only one salesman approached me, so rather than feeling like "i gotta get outta here," I was lured into buying a great car. No pressure, just honesty and concern that my main purpose in buying was of highest priority. The salesman, manager and finance man all worked together beautifully as a team. My spouse and daughter went new car shopping for my daughter. At Fowler they were met at the door by "JR", a member of the sales staff. He spent over 30 minutes providing the details of the various models and available options in the VW line. He answered their questions and then took them around the lot showing them the vehicles they had discussed. Pleasant and courteous, he provided further details of trim levels other than those that they were able to see at that time. He took them on test drive on one of the models in which they expressed interest. As there was not a model with the exact options on the lot they desired, he asked if they would like to order or receive a call when the dealership had one on the lot. My daughter was delighted when we learned that there was a model equipped exactly as she wished in stock. The rest is history! She is now a HAPPY Fowler VW owner and most pleased with the responsive, "can do" attitude of the salesman. What more could one ask?
