Victor was amazing and made the experience painless… I will say there were a few salespeople they that didn’t even address me. I like Victor he was unassuming….

Service advisor or customer service, I didn’t get her

Service advisor or customer service, I didn’t get her name but she was super nice but the service Technician on the other hand named Kevin was very rude and very short fuse. We will not be taking our car to get serviced at GMC Mall of Georgia.

They problem was not resolved. The sensor is still not working. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular locations is full of long waiting time, and bad customer care.

James was awesome. He communicated and followed up like he said he would. I enjoy this dealership and how clean everything is. The tech even sent me a video with status of work. Pretty awesome
