Over all everything went OK.Can't say much for the communication skills of !st person I dealt with,but once I drove (200+ miles) to the dealer to see the car I wanted everything went well.Johnny Lee handled the deal and was very helpful.Never met the person I had dealt with over the phone.

Awesome

I was looking for a Dodge Ram 1500 truck for my dad saw it on Midwest website. I drove up there from Louisville and johnny was sales rep he was awesome I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay he helped me out. I was very pleased. I will recommend him and Midwest auto to Everyone I know. Great Job!!!

Great folks to deal with!

I had my eye out for a Jeep YJ, after searching far and wide for one in great shape I found a 1994 they had for sale. I mad the drive from Cincy, and ending up buying it. These guys are no-nonsense and great to deal with.

"A Thumbs Up Experience"

I searched the internet looking to replace my Jeep Liberty that was totaled in an accident but was just going to check the vehicle out. After arriving at Midwest Auto Store there was corn hole, barbecue and a fire pit, they were having a company event (I was asked several times to get something to eat!). Super Nice People. Johnny Lee approached me and asked if anyone was helping me and what I was looking for. Johnny showed me the Jeep (even better looking in person) and took it for a test drive. Johnny was patient and helpful there was no pressure. I have found my JEEP! This was my first time at Midwest Auto Store and probably not my last (crazy drivers). I won't hesitate to recommend my family and friends. FREE OIL CHANGES FOR A YEAR. :}

Worth the drive

I spent several months looking for my next car. After comparing dozens of offers Within 150 miles have my home, Midwest Auto had the best offer by more than $500. Johnny and Chelsea we're flexible and willing to work with me through the details and definitely made it worth the 60-mile drive from Dayton.

Exceptional service wanted? Just ask for Kevin Brinkman! :)

From the moment I walked in the door, Kevin Brinkman made me feel welcome and confident in my decision to purchase. He explained the process completely, and even joked with me while we waited for the approval of my loan to go through. It felt more like hanging out with an old friend than dealing with a typical sales person. I knew I was in good hands with this purchase and didn't hesitate to move forward. Excellent service and purchasing guidance!! I won't go anywhere else! :)

Go See Michael at Midwest!

Michael Sharp was amazing to work with when purchasing a "new" used car for my daughter. From the time we stepped to the dealership front door all the way through to the end of the actual purchase three days later, Michael was professional, kind, helpful, and completely listened to what we said in order to put us into the car that was best for us. He was actually looking out for us and steered us away from the original car we went to see because it was not a good fit for our needs. I never dreamed that I would ever own a Ford (I'm a Dodge person), but I ended up buying a Ford Mustang for my daughter, and crazily enough, we are completely thrilled with the car. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful to us, but we're a little biased -- If you need a new car, go see Michael! He sells used cars the way you are supposed to sell used cars -- Honestly!

Friendly & comfortable

Drove 90 minutes to check out a 2015 Toyota Avalon they'd advertised online. Kevin Lowe in sales and Roddy in finance/management were personal and comfortable to work with. Kevin Brinkman also made me feel right at home. Down to earth with blue jeans & coffee, instead of a high-slick approach. They kept the process simple and honest. Had my interests in mind. Felt like I'd visited a friend's house!

I'm happy so far.

I just bought a vey clean & sharp ride. I've had Cadillac's, Lincoln's, Oldsmobile's, Jeep Cherokee's & even Buick's. So I decided to really get luxury with this purchase, I walked in & everyone was busy but yet polite. I filled out an application & was financed in mins. I drove away in my first & only choice, the 2015 BMW 328i that I saw on the website. Kevin Lowe is a really nice guy & anything I needed he provided as fast as possible. Kevin Lowe made me feel comfortable & welcome from the time I walked in to the time I drove away. Thanks bro! Mark Whalen
