Easy,unpressured and professional.

We've had our car about a month now and couldn't be any happier. My wife absolutely loves it. Our salesman, Kevin Brinkman, was very helpful and knowledgable during the whole buying process. When in the market again Midwest Auto will definitely be the first place I look . Kevin made the whole process extremely easy, thanks again!

Actually made car shopping non stressful.

Saw a particular used car on the internet close to my home. Went out to take a look and met sales associate Johnny Lee. Johnny was very helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. If he didn't know the answer he would find out for me. After much indecision on my part, I went back a week later to buy the car and was greeted by Johnny. Same great service with the same price. He took me through the whole buying process without making it the usual horrible experience. I certainly would buy another from Mr.Lee.

Over all everything went OK.Can't say much for the communication skills of !st person I dealt with,but once I drove (200+ miles) to the dealer to see the car I wanted everything went well.Johnny Lee handled the deal and was very helpful.Never met the person I had dealt with over the phone.

Unfortunately I had to use my warranty on my truck , But from the moment I made the phone call to get it fixed , Stefan took everything in his hands to make sure the truck and my worries were gone . Thanks to Ned for walking me through the repair process and what was going on during the time they had the truck . Overall it has been a wonderful experience with Midwest Auto ! "A Thumbs Up Experience"

I searched the internet looking to replace my Jeep Liberty that was totaled in an accident but was just going to check the vehicle out. After arriving at Midwest Auto Store there was corn hole, barbecue and a fire pit, they were having a company event (I was asked several times to get something to eat!). Super Nice People. Johnny Lee approached me and asked if anyone was helping me and what I was looking for. Johnny showed me the Jeep (even better looking in person) and took it for a test drive. Johnny was patient and helpful there was no pressure. I have found my JEEP! This was my first time at Midwest Auto Store and probably not my last (crazy drivers). I won't hesitate to recommend my family and friends. FREE OIL CHANGES FOR A YEAR. :}

Awesome

I was looking for a Dodge Ram 1500 truck for my dad saw it on Midwest website. I drove up there from Louisville and johnny was sales rep he was awesome I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay he helped me out. I was very pleased. I will recommend him and Midwest auto to Everyone I know. Great Job!!!

Great folks to deal with!

I had my eye out for a Jeep YJ, after searching far and wide for one in great shape I found a 1994 they had for sale. I mad the drive from Cincy, and ending up buying it. These guys are no-nonsense and great to deal with.

Worth the drive

I spent several months looking for my next car. After comparing dozens of offers Within 150 miles have my home, Midwest Auto had the best offer by more than $500. Johnny and Chelsea we're flexible and willing to work with me through the details and definitely made it worth the 60-mile drive from Dayton.
