We went to test drive a car and spoke with Johnny Lee. He was extremely helpful with the test drive and wasn't at all pushy about the sale. After the test drive, we told him that we would be back the next day with the trade in to buy the car and even though it was his day off, he said he would be there for us. He met us right when he said he would and the process to buy the car was extremely easy. He even went out of his way to ensure we got the most out of our trade in. Highly recommended!

As with most who don't know cars, I hate going to car lots. I shy away from pushy, overbearing, "got to make the sale" type dealers. I stopped by your business recently, I like suburbans & the other like styles & even though I didn't see what I was looking for, I encountered a fella by the name of Daryl & I found him to be a polar opposite to what I'm accustomed to encountering on a car lot. He was helpful, informative, not pushy or overbearing & not trying to sell me something I didn't want. I especially appreciated him sharing with me the thing called price marking or someting like that (padding the interest rate) that other lots engage in. His honesty & transparency made me more comfortable about shopping there. I go by there frequently & am always watching the suburbans & I will be back.

Dealership had difficult time managing needed paperwork and had sent texts to request information. Never a call which was not professional. Mixed up phone numbers and kept texting me but was trying to reach the main applicant. Sent threatening text today that they were coming to get my sisters car if she did not provide them with information they already had. Dealt with Jobnny... Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Seems like they get people with bad credit and feel they can treat them less than others. Also received a voicemail from Tanisha requesting for my finance application. When I called back, she insisted she didn't call me. Very disorganized.

We arrived late in the day on July 4th to test drive a Toyota Prius plug-in. We were warmly welcomed and treated well and after our test drive we were interested in buying the vehicle but it was near closing time. The salesman Derrell Lowe and some other staff stayed to work with us after their published closing time and we closed the deal that day. I was really happy to drive away in my 'new to me' car at a great price. I will recommend this dealer and Derrell the sales associate to my friends and family.
