Just go somewhere else, the sales staff are accommodating

Just go somewhere else, the sales staff are accommodating and kind, but the owner is in the business of getting over on people and leaving you with no solution. Go down the street to Wyler where they'll treat you like a human and not a dollar sign or a mark.

bought a 2013 Volkswagen CC Rtype spent $13000 for “special financing” bc i didn’t have a long credit history. engine blew up less than 5 months later. they knew i came in needing a car bc i brought my new born with me and took advantage. car was priced for $10,999, i feel like they took advantage of me bc i needed a car. i will never recommend them, straight scammers (they’ll never change my mind). momadou (or however tf you spell his name) was straight xxxx. do not trust them! horrible dealership and horrible people who work there, they just want their check!!!

They lowball the priceto get you there and then they add additional cost if you notice mechanical issues. Very dishonest and unprofessional owner.

total scam artist, list a truck for sale on Auto Trader,

total scam artist, list a truck for sale on Auto Trader, cars, and Carfax at $11,599 but then you call and on their site the list it for $17k, they state they will make a deal at 14k claim they can’t remove “added 3K warranty “ !!!. The point is they FALSELY ADVERTISE. They claimed they are priced aggressively NOT if you look on any car site (autotrader, KBB, Car) website (UNLESS they HONOR the $11,599). Then they tell me they are not responsible for the pricing on other sites. I will let my experiance known every place possible!! HONOR YOUR PRICING!!!

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest folks. We purchased a 2012 Rogue. When test driving we noted several issues which they took care of. They gave us a car fax that stated no mechanical problems. They sold it to us in "excellent " condition. Took it for transmission service and found $1700 of work that needs to be done. Serpentine belt, CV axle boot, rear rotors warped. This is all work that needs to be done. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself a lot of money and misery.

Bring a really good code reader with you

This isn't a car lot, It's a salvage yard. I purchased a car there a couple of months ago "as is" (as they all are since they obviously bring them back from the auction without even inspecting them). First, no AC (Bad compressor), then the starter went out, and the biggest problem was the transmission fluid kept leaking and needed to be refilled completely at least 3 times. $110 each time. THEN it caught fire and was totaled while driving on the highway. ALL WITHIN 3 WEEKS!! Someone could have gotten killed

Great Experience

Idk about everyone else but it was a great experience. I'm coming up on year 3 with my Equinox. No problems. And any problems I have I take it right to them and they fix it at a good price being apart of their loyalty program helps. Marmadue (i'm sorry for the spelling my guy!!) is the GOAT. He'll get you straight for sure and go above and beyond

Bullys and liers

Went to look at a vehicle for my SO and they tried to sell him a xxx that was about to jump time. We took the car around the corner to a garage and the guy said he wouldn't give 2 cents for it. They were rude and tried to bully my disabled SO into buying the car anyway saying that the other guy was wrong and the car just needed an oil change.

I wouldn't drive the 6 hours I was possibly going to

I wouldn't drive the 6 hours I was possibly going to after having a disappointing email experience. I asked for pictures of the frame/underside of a 4runner. After two more email exchanges, I never did get the pictures. Somewhat sketchy, as it's easy enough to do in this day and age! NO SALE!
