They try to charge me $600 for cleaning out the car which

They try to charge me $600 for cleaning out the car which is half the price of what they wanted for the truck you got to be crazy it doesn't cost $600 to wash your car

David, Come on lets make sure that you know that every dealer has a DOC and title processing fee and we have one as well and it is disclosed on every website that we advertise. It is the nature of doing business nowadays, especially with profit margins so limited. This fee take care of many administrative related items such as carfax report, title work systems, admin tasks and it is reality. We are sorry that you did understand that, it is not a cleaning fee

This place was horrible.

This place was horrible. I talked to JR and was told there was no damage to the 2 cars I was looking at. He didn’t show up and both cars had rotten interior, smelled like a swamp inside, and rusted. They were both disgusting!!

Please understand that every vehicle is priced according to miles, market and condition. aLL DEALERS like any other businesses are struggling with car shortages, PEOPLE shortages, PARTS delays, and CRAZY car prices. we may not have cleaned them well but typically we make sure all in great condition before leaving if sold. The two vehicles that you looked at were 7-8K range which is kind rougher we that money used to buy 8 months ago. Our vehicles were listed about 2K below market because of the condition. sorry for not meeting your higher expectation

We are so sorry that we did not reach back to you quickly. We have been struggling with labor shortages and been slammed with hundreds of call, emails, messages daily. we are working to add more people and training. We are doing everything we can to improve every customer's experience

I went to the dealership to look at a Mercedes listed on their website. I found the car and several others I was interested in. I had a $9000 down payment and was ready to deal. I waited around for about 20 minutes and no one bothered to assist me so I left. Pretty disappointed I must say.

We are so sorry that we missed you. We are like the rest of car dealers very slammed and short handed especially closer to the weekend and look like our sales people have missed. We normally monitor the lot but with 400 cars and 3 acres of lot, we truly apologize for not addressing you

Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Everyone was very nice and never hassled us as all. We looked around peaceful and was given accurate information when we asked. When we found the perfect truck paper work was a breeze. 10/10

CAUTION!

Advertised a vehicle as 4WD, when in fact it was AWD. Makes a world of difference on towing use option. First sales person polite professional, answered customers phone call questions. Two days later, second sales person polite, stating first sales person not available to continue with customer. Arrived at store, third sales person rude, dishonest and threw the first sales person under the bus, stating new employee "Not experienced enough" made error in vehicle statements. He (third sales person) treated customer disrespectful, insinuated customer was ignorant, so as to resolve car ad misrepresentation and fact discrepencey. Customer had cash in hand, but walked away from sale with peace of mind knowing this was the best decision under these circumstances. Cannot in good conscious recommend this company. .

JC Come on please read the listing details. We are very busy handling 300-400 monthly and all these details are pulled from the manufacturer vin details. if mistakes happen, they are typos and not intended. You came to our lot and was very suspicious and doubtful and we tried to help you, but judgement was made in your mind that we are set to deceive you in a great master plan. Respect is a two way street, and we are not in conspiracy planning business

They seemed unwilling to deal, were not too familiar with their stock, or anything about the cars they did have. Wasn't very impressed with their desire to sell a car or help us.

Don’t waste your time

No follow up. Dirty cars. shady scene. We drove 50 minutes to look at a couple of cars and it was time wasted. There are many better options.

Filled out the online credit application for the car I...

Filled out the online credit application for the car I wanted. Brought a $3000 down payment and a trade in. Was told to come in, waited around for two hours. They tell me the car I want (2012) is too old to qualify for financing which at this point would only be about a $5000 loan after down payment and trade in. Was pressured into a car I didn't want that was three times the price of the one I came for. After sitting and waiting for 2 hours I couldn't wait anymore, wasted my time and energy. Extremely disappointed, left work early to make my appointment there so this has cost me more than just my time.

Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. Since we work with lenders to provide financing, every decision and timeframe is at the banks’ discretion. We reach out to several banks in order to find you the best deal, which takes some time. We then negotiate with the banks on your behalf to get you the best rate and payment, which also takes time. We’re sorry to hear you felt pressured into considering a vehicle if you weren’t interested in it, but we were simply offering you financeable options. And we understand that it feels like a long time when waiting for financing approval, but our security camera footage shows that you were not in store for longer than an hour.
