My past experience with buying a vehicle has been mostly terrifying to say the least. You spend hours in a chair only to buy a car and pay more for it than it was worth new. I did not experience this at Midwest Auto. The atmosphere is very calming and each staff member helped each other as a team. Kevin Lowe was my salesman and let me just say he is a very honest person and trust me that is hard to find when your buying a car. I would recommend this car lot to anyone and feel great about sending them there to buy a car, thank you for the easy process.

I stopped by this lot on a whim, I pass by it almost daily and the lot always looks like it has nice cars at a decent price. It was hard "letting go" of my old trusty Toyota, with all my personalized hippie bumper stickers! But I'm breaking in my new 2014 Toyota corolla,aka Brown Sugar, (hippy bumper sticker order has been placed!) Kevin Brinkman was able to help me with my purchase and I am grateful for that. I had never been to midwest auto store before, I ended up purchasing a 2004 Toyota sienna van. Outstanding customer service super friendly, no pressure, timely service, wonderful management, you could just feel The relaxed environment, and tell that this place was the right place to be.
