My experience is a 20 out of 10!

My experience is a 20 out of 10! This is because my salesman, Adil, knows his inventory and because he listened to what I said I wanted and, even more importantly, understood what I needed. He and his sales manager, Chuck, were extremely committed to ensuring I was happy with my vehicle purchase. Rounding out my wonderful experience was the finance manager who ensured everything went smoothly.

Everything was easy!

Everything was easy! I knew which car I wanted, gave the dealer all my information and they worked everything out. We text or talked on the phone to answer questions or get additional information. All I had to do was come in the next day to sign the paperwork. This was so convenient because I have a toddler and there was no way she would sit or stay at a dealership for hours on end. Really appreciate that the team was willing to do that for me!

I purchased a used Kia from a family member who never had

I purchased a used Kia from a family member who never had it serviced at a dealership. I chose Gerald Kia due to its proximity to Marmion academy where my son goes to high school. When I called to make an appt the receptionist was amazing - very customer service focused and everyone up to service advisor Gina was great. I was impressed!
