My recall repair was going to last longer than had been

My recall repair was going to last longer than had been communicated when scheduling the appt. The manager was able to secure a loaner for me due to the extended turnaround time. They also were able to connect with my extended warranty and secured coverage for additional wheel repair that was required to complete my alignment. The communication was also timely.

Adil, our sales rep was terrific.

Adil, our sales rep was terrific. We visited him 3-4 times over the past year and he was always knowledgeable and patient. Very friendly atmosphere inside the dealership.

Initially the appointment scheduler said my wait time

Initially the appointment scheduler said my wait time would be 1-3 hours, and no loaner would be available. So we had a hard time setting up a time. But when I contacted the service dept directly about the appt they told me they would be done 1- 1 1/2 hrs. And they were. SO the service dept should be held in high regard compared to appt people. Also appreciate the vacuuming and washing of the vehicle when it was ready.

When I got there I ask if I could add an oil change.

When I got there I ask if I could add an oil change. I had an unexpected trip out of town for a funeral and they were able to accommodate me. The young lady that helped me was pleasant and was very efficient. Kudos to her.

Easy to make an appointment and offer a shuttle. But they are often too busy to repair your vehical in one day, even the easy stuff.
