I have bought 3 new KIA Souls from this dealership as I upgraded model types. I always found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. I especially liked me their service department since it is easy to schedule appointments and they keep you informed on your service needs. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience at Kia of Vero Beach. Chase and Tim answered all of my questions about my Kia with an explanation of what was the issue and how to correct it. I felt valued as a customer and I would recommend Chase and Tim for their expertise, knowledge and customer service. Thank you again for all of your help.

Several months ago I purchased a Kia Sportage.

Several months ago I purchased a Kia Sportage. I took it in for routine service, while there I was contacted by Kia to see how I was enjoying my purchase. They worked with me to get into a newer Sportage with an even better APR rate on my loan. My original salesman Kevin Summers helped me again. He is AWESOME and completely recommend him to anyone wanting to get into a new ride. I will always go to Vero Beach Kia and Kevin when I am considering a new purchase for myself or anyone in my family...Thank you a million times Kevin... you truly are the best

Kevin Summers has been our salesman for the 3 cars we have purchased from Kia/Toyota of Vero Beach. Kevin is the reason we keep coming to this dealership because of his knowledge, salesmanship, and the fact that he helps us find the right car for our needs. Explains all the options on the vehicle, answers all our questions, and guides us through the entire process start to finish. We always feel we have received a fair price for our trade in and reach a fair price to purchase a new vehicle. Kevin has a high moral standard and takes care of his customers. I have bought all my recent cars at this dealership. I always feel welcome at this dealership. The Service Deptmartment is great and I ale my KIA Soul Turbo there for all its servicing. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Agreed to pay 22000 but was kept there until closing so

Agreed to pay 22000 but was kept there until closing so they could rush us through the paperwork and I had to be to work so i literally just signed what I had to so I wouldn’t be late. The wife finished it up but we tried several times to leave because it was the fist car we looked at. Salesman overly aggressive I found out the other day he actually sold us a Kia for 27000 not including tax and interest. I should be driving a Camry not a Kia. Do not shop here.

My SUV has black material splattered all over backside of

My SUV has black material splattered all over backside of my car, not there when I dropped it off to be serviced and I can’t get this black material off my car!!!! Do not recommend service department here.
