Went for oil change and tire rotation got oil change they said they rotated the tires and didn't... not happy what else do they lie about hmmmmm

Found vehicle advertised online at price of 26,898. Did research on their site about my trade in value ( $6600). I have 783 credit rating. They advertised 3.99% for 60 months with that credit score. As a photo shows, that would put payment with trade in around $410 to $430 a month. Went to dealers to see and purchase. Was shown vehicle told about kia protection package of ceramic coating and window tinting. No mention this was additional cost to purchase price. Was offered $2200 for my trade even though it was in very good shape , no mechanical issues, well maintained with a few cosmetic dings and scratches. Told it had open recalled that dropped value. Made no sense because as a kia dealer, when you have a recall, you take it in, and they fix it for no charge. They presented me with a purchase option of $2200 trade 0 down 3.99 percent and payment of over $600 a month. I said the math isn't making sense. Sales man Greg said, "I'm going to my sales manager " to fight for you. " Came back with $3300 for my trade, 66 months at 4.25% for 66 months, payment of $575.00 a month. Math is still not making sense, but I thought I must make an error in calculating. I said I was going to proceed. Greg asked for my insurance company, so he called and got insurance switched and gave me a breakdown sheet of pricing. I noticed an additional $8998.00 in breakdown and asked what it was for . He got off the phone and said that is for the protection package I told you about and market adjust for this vehicle being in high demand. So instead of having transparent pricing, they lure you in with a false advertisement price, knowing full well they are going to increase due to xx about vehicle being high demand. Like to add that day there was myself and 3 other people in there. By this time, I had been there a couple of hours and proceeded with purchase but should walk due to the underhanded approach. I checked their website, and the second photo shows what the listing price they are advertising my trade-in . Guess open recalled turned out to be not such a big issue after all! Also, be prepared when you go to financing, big push for upselling there too.

Took too long to fix something they (another dealership)
Took too long to fix something they (another dealership) has not properly installed, like the new engine! Horribly expensive and now I have no AC due to their “service”.

Slimy, dishonest and super pushy.
Slimy, dishonest and super pushy. Non professional and rude. These people tried to screw me with hidden xx and added fees. They tried to hide the car’s value with an additional tax added on. They also tried to push me into placing a down payment over the phone to “secure the deal”. To add they went back on a verbal agreement for a set price OTD. STAY AWAY, SUPER SLIMY PEOPLE!!! P.s. the manage Tyler will only try to pull a fast one on you and make you feel rushed, he will try to take advantage of you if you do not know what you’re doing.
