I had an excellent experience at the car service shop, thanks to Service Advisor Blake Justman. Blake was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail of the service clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. His friendly attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit truly pleasant. I highly recommend Blake to anyone looking for top-notch service and a stress-free experience!

We are very happy with our 2025 4 door hard top Mini Cooper. The person that made it so easy for us to complete our purchase transaction was Mustafa, he is really go above and beyond to make sure we understand and happy with the car. We definitely recommend our friends and families here, they are different and outstanding from any other dealers.

The best thing was my sales person Caesar who kept going
The best thing was my sales person Caesar who kept going above and beyond picking me up from Airport, dropping me off to hotel after test driving since headlight was blown out,but when I called the next morning after signing all my paperwork mine u ,to remind service to replace headlight bulb,they said they had to call my sales person,reminded them that this was a safety issue equal to a seat belt not working so that was at 950am the car wasn't ready until after 2 pm ,I get in car to get ready for road trip look around car is still dirty in need of a detailing cause of deep dirt in upholstery ,so I plugged in my cellphone charger into the cigarette charger and it's not working I notified my salesman,he takes the car to service after letting managers know about issues desk manager informs me that they do me a favor and look at it but they will not out anymore money into repairs for car that sat on there lot for almost 3 months ,I replied it's probably just a fuse something simple that often happens,as the manager keeps on telling me that if there is an issue then they would just resend the deal.i replied just fix it ,it's a fuse ,just fix it ,yes I had to raise my voice because he was trying to bully me ,to tell me he had enough of me in a since to take the car and leave unfortunately this xx is common place ,I have worked in this industry ,for this company,before ,I had ups and downs but always loyal to AutoNation for 13 years ,even though no promotion as I was told I would get because I deserved it , watching people come in after me with less experience get promoted and still stayed loyal to this company,I have had much respect for management there so to be treated like this at the time was not a good feeling ,so as i sit for 2 more hours I see the manger ,go to speak to my sales person an go out to service I follow they are looking at my car in service with my large garment bag out the trunk in the service garage so i go in to see what's going on . , with imy car my valuables are still inside I had the right to see what the issue was I was yelled at by the same bullying sales manager that I could come into service shop The shop was updated with a brick antislip flooring,I just was 10 feet into shop by my car which I have watch done millions of times , This guy pointed to 2 other guys in the shop like they were going to put me out ,them I had enough,I was angry then , service manager came out introduced himself and. I was still mad but this guy hasn't done anything wrong to me I stated to him that I previously told the salesman,sales manager that I would leave the car there for 5 days to let them figure out what issue was with car,he didn't know anything no one communicated to his to him which sales manager should had done,as I tell him I am behind schedule and need to fly out to Ontario California and rental car and fly back to pick up the car, they say the car is ready an it was a fuse ,I get into car take closer look I see the crack passenger side wood trim,the headliner has dirt grind into to carpet,head lights foggy ,sunroof opener was broken off but just put back in place to look ok but was broken,I ordered the part for sunroof and molding no problem, AutoNation Owes me a Complete Detail at any AutoNation dealership of choice since I am traveling cross country,I deserved that also upholstery needed to be cleaned with carpet,Full Detail please Thanks Gregory "Gator" Verrett I love the car it's just what I was looking for just to be treated with a more like a Man and not a little kid being bullied
