$600+ for an oil change and inspection of a car in mint

$600+ for an oil change and inspection of a car in mint condition. Outrageous. Then told a gasket protrusion should be repaired ASAP. Cost Estimate, $2,400. This was my first and last visit to this dealer. From my initial contact with the service representative, I felt I was being conned with his multiple “service options”

The sales man Valen Worris is polite, professional and efficient. He show us the new car, set it up. Given us a good offer. We drove the Mini Cooper SE home the same day, very satisfacted.

I recently leased a vehicle from MINI of Stevens Creek. Had a great experience working with Siris, Joseph, and Frank. From test driving the vehicle, to finalizing the deal, it was fantastic communication from their end -- very responsive and great customer service. Having formerly owned a MINI a decade + ago, this experience reminded me of why MINI is such an amazing brand, not just from a vehicle design and performance standpt, but also from their focus on customer service as well. Glad to be back in the MINI family!

Johnny is always an awesome advisor!

Johnny Hussein delivered another superb car service due for my car last Friday. My initial service request was just for oil change and smog check due but Johnny was able to convince me to get the promotional package with 15 % discount plus 3yrs worth prepaid oil service. I was hesitant to get the promotional package at first but Johnny explained well why it?s highly recommended for me to take advantage for keeping my car in too shape in the long run. The car was there for almost all day but Johnny stayed late and ensured everything is taken cared of with my car service. And again, I was also impressed with the video follow-up that I received though text and provided me detailed feedback that they were able and worked on my car. For the past 2 years Johnny taking care all my car service requests , I am looking forward seeing him again because I can always rely on his great service!

I did not feel certain employees were experienced or

I did not feel certain employees were experienced or professional. Sale agent Sirus Aung was ok. No enthusiasm in showing my desired car. Barely gave me information about details on the car. Didi not know facts about the car to my expectations. He was not unkind, just unknowledgeable. If I had a question, her would defer me to the "Finance guy"... probably trying to sell me on some add ons. Did not know recommended mileage on when oil change is due. Again, nice enough, just inexperienced, lots to learn. Mack Abdula- Finance associate. Very unprofessional, condescending, and passive aggressive. When he kept trying to sell me the "easy care" for an excessive amount, I was not interested. He kept pushing it, and so I asked what was covered in it. He replied, "I'll print it out and you can read the details'... I did not feel that I could trust him if he would not articulate what was covered. Numbers and rates kept changing when he was going over them. When I would question why, he was irritated. This interaction ultimately, end the meeting, and had me request for the manager. Alvin Toe- Sale manager came, and we explained our dis- satisfaction with our experience. Mainly Mack Abdula's unprofessionalism. Sirus Aung should get more sales training. Alvin did listen to our concerns and addressed our questions. At that time we decided not to proceed with the deal. Alvin invited us to return on another day, to deal with an alternate finance associate. We accepted and came back 3 days later. On our return, Alvin showed us the car again, and gave better details about the vehicle. We decided to proceed with the purchase. Frank Giordano was our new finance associate, who was excellent. He was thorough, and knowledgeable. Gave is "easy care" warranty for a cheaper price, and explained in detail what it covered. He answered all our questions without issues. Overall 3 stars for Steven's Creek Autonation.
