MINI of Stevens Creek

Great service advisors. I have been going to this dealership for almost 10 years and I have always had great customer service whether it be in the sales department or service department. Although pricey, they make me feel like my car is getting the best care to keep it on the road for many years to come.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mini of Stevens Creek. My experience was wholey positive. The whole process was without stress or unneccessary complications. The guys who helped me were amiable, informative, clear and precise in all our communications. There were no surprises, no hidden charges and no uncertainties. They even agreed to deliver the car personally to my home the next day, a trip of 68 miles. Car was spotless and in great shape. I highly recommend anyone checking our Mini of Stevens Creek. I rate their service as a 10 out of 10.

I came in for several issues and more were found? Devin was exceptional at informing me of all the details and options surrounding each item. The work was performed. Devin was extremely accommodating, generous and great to work with. He provided us with transportation, a special detailing and gas for a particular inconvenience that occurred. We?re very happy with Devin and the staff, as well as grateful and comfortable to recommend and return in the future.

My experience with buying my used Mini resulted in a 5 star review on Yelp . Unfortunately when I called in to the salesman with a question about the radio he said he would get back to me. I left 3 subsequent messages and never received a reply. I finally got in touch with the service department and they answered my questions. These 3 stars are for the original 5 and the 0 follow up.

Unfortunately my experience at Mini of Stevens Creek has been very unpleasant when purchasing a used car. Especially because now I find a car with cosmetic defects that were never told to me at the time of purchase. I noticed these defects a few days later when the day was sunny and I could see the defects on the driver's door. I returned to the dealer and was treated in a not very friendly manner, trying to make me see that the car was fine and that it did not have any major defects. At the moment it needed a driver's door protector. One of the dealership employees took it to a place where they detail cars and the person who helped me confirmed that the car's paint had been previously worked on and you could see the poorly done work that had been done. Days later I took it to a body shop to have an official opinion and if the car had definitely been previously worked on and the quality of the work was completely done very poorly. The Carfax report does not record any accidents and upon reviewing my papers they did not provide me with the Carfax report. Unfortunately, this experience shows me the lack of transparency and professionalism of the Mini Stevens Creek team. Despite seeking legal assistance to resolve this problem.

I bought a used 2018 Mini Cooper with low mileage and am VERY pleased with the vehicle and the service provided by Mini of Stevens Creek. I had been searching on Craigs List, other dealers, and private parties and Stv Creek is best. I also bought the 5 yr maintenance package for ongoing service. (Hope it works as well!!)

What a helpful group of service people! Blake is so helpful, well informed and kept me in the loop about my service details and costs and timing. The technician also sent a very informative video of the undercarriage confirming the oil leak I had suspected.
