Best service department I have ever dealt with. Service rep. Brian was great and explained the issues with my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone owning a Mini Cooper

Spending $1600 on repairs that did not solve issue with my vehicle tends to be extremely frustrating. I expressed my displeasure of the results and left it there. I will admit that the staff is very friendly and I believe they have good intent. It's difficult for me to give stellar reviews when I spent a large sum of money and am pretty much back where I started.

Routine Maintennace

I took my vehicle into the dealership for routine maintenance, since I purchased it with my car. I have the engine light coming on intermittently and have spoke with the service advisor about it. He stated nothing in the history but I told him that I brought it in for repairs once already for the same issue. They still can not find anything wrong. Bummer. Anyways, it appears that we they did a good job, except for when they cleaned the car, the window were left with a filmy residue that of soap. I really wish these higher end dealers would at least clean the windows inside and out. my pet peeve. Since it is the only dealer in the area, I have no other choice.

Service

Overall very happy with the customer service! I needed an oil change and had concerns about a clacking sound in the vent. Other then this, Bryan was very helpful in dealing with this problem.
