Disappointment
Extremely dissatisfied with the level of costumer care.. Not only did it take 2 hours for the service rep to ( call ) and tell us that the battery needed replacement which was why we were there for . Arrived at 11:30 and we didn't leave until almost 3pm. Not once did he give us an update. Once the car was finally ready the service rep failed to go over the diagnostic report with us . So once we got home , their was things detected that could have been taken care of their and then ..

oil change
My minor concern is the service mileage was not reset due to the microfilter that is still clean today, so I may have to come back sooner than the next oil change

Returning lease and new lease
Many thanks to Johanna of Stevens Creek Mini and Nick Kamali who helped us tremendously when we turned in our 2017 lease and leased a new 2020 4-door mini. This was during the very difficult time of COVID-19 and they went the extra mile for sure!

mini is great with everything . They made sure my car was driving right.My car was washed an serviced right .I had A had A fuel pump issue that was taken care of.I was very happy to get my car back an drive whit no issue thank you mini cooper.
